Today, Putin gave a big press-conference. And he was asked the question - "How likely is a big nuclear war today?"
"Today is a high probability of beginning a nuclear war. A very high probability." - he answered.
Given the fact that the United States has withdrawn unilaterally from the INF Treaty, as well as statements by the US representative about not extending START 3, Russia can revise its military doctrine in terms of the possibility of a preventive nuclear strike.

I understand the desire of the American oligarchs to preserve their capital and world influence, as well as their desire to write off the debt, but this requires a big war. On the other hand, after a nuclear war, as we all know, the living will envy the dead. And this is obvious to everyone who has a brain.
I suspect that Western politicians are completely brainless.

Today, at a press conference, Putin also warned European leaders that if new missiles were deployed in their territories these countries, would be targeted for Russian missiles. I understand Putin, the Russians are forced to defend themselves. In the event of a preemptive strike, the European countries that deployed such missiles will be the first to be destroyed.
Also today, Putin reported. The US military wants to use ballistic missiles, but with a non-nuclear charge. This will be the first step towards a nuclear apocalypse. Putin said so. "For example, if we see the launch of a ballistic missile, we do not know what the charge is (nuclear or non-nuclear) Therefore, the answer will be like a nuclear threat." And he is right. No one can know what is in the mind of the insane in the Pentagon. Maybe they launch a nuclear charge.

I think that a big war will be difficult to avoid.

Are you ready for a nuclear apocalypse?
Do you have a gas mask, hygiene products, food and of course "Kalashnikov". to protect all this?

What do you think about it?

The question is, "Who cares about?"

The whole thing is just Russian BS Propaganda Destroyer again.
Every time you've developed any new weapons ... even if it's just a prototype ... you're getting the same threads as now.

Is it clear that the US is able to find and locate your submarines at any time? No!

You came in the past with the T-14 Armata and of course all Western tanks are just scrap metal according to your then post ...
Surely a great tank and great concept, without question, but a) how much do you have from it? b) You realize that no tank is invulnerable and the 120mm cannon + ammo can also destroy the T-14?

And apart from that ... this really great innovation of the defense zone, where an incoming bullet is captured and then switched off with a scrap load, that has for example each Leopard 2A7 and also each of the Puma armored vehicles with us for a long time.

Another thread of idiocy from a well known paid Russian troll. Considering you are here hyping a capability that the U.S. has had more of since the first Ohio class nuclear missile submarine was deployed.

    THIRTY SEVEN YEARS ago!!!

Borei class? All four of them?

We have 18 Ohio class which can carry up to 288 (24 missiles with up to 12 warheads each) Mark 88 warheads. That's up to 475 kt per warhead, 5.7 megatons per missile, or 136.8 megatons of city killing, bunker flattening, mountain splitting fury per submarine, potentially 6,900+ warheads for the entire class. Around 2 gigatons for the strategic submarine fleet, with a range of over 7,000 miles. Call us when you get within half of that...

I read somewhere that Russia has a jet fired missile that travels ten times the speed of sound and can carry a nuclear warhead. I'm wondering how much of their technology is stolen from the USA.

Given the fact that the Soviet/Russian navy - ESPECIALLY their submarine fleet - has always proven to be far more deadly to their own personnel than any enemy, I ain't worried.

It is interesting to hear arguments about the weakness of Russian weapons from the German.

"We are faced with a serious problem in the field of supply. And it’s rather a matter of not simple military equipment, but rather simple things," said Christian Melling, an expert on security issues at the German Foreign Policy Society.

No body armor, no tents, no warm winter clothes, would - can and freeze along the Russian borders.

“The current Bundeswehr is like a child with a congenital defect that the civilian defense minister spawned. Officials, not the military, dealt with the equipment and procurement of new equipment. And I warned that one day this would turn into a complete failure,” commented military expert Bernd Biederman.

According to Die Welt, only 99 of the 244 Leopard-2 tanks are serviceable, of the 27 Tiger combat helicopters, only 12. Of the 123 Eurofighter fighters, about 40 are combat capable. Besides, all six submarines are cannot be used at all.
The deplorable state of the German army makes itself felt not the first year. Once the soldiers of the Bundeswehr were forced to stand up for the defense of Germany with cuttings from shovels. At military exercises, they were inserted into tanks and all kinds of armored vehicles, thus imitating scarce weapons.
And with what is available, you will not go on the attack. The standard Bundeswehr weapon - the G36 machine gun - has long been fired by the target
At the Yagel airbase, Tornado fighters have not had the right to take to the air for a whole week - too much biodiesel in kerosene. But the Minister of Defense is literally on the fly capable of raising the morale of the army.
"Our quick-assignment detachments are the advanced troops of NATO, and all other countries are equal to us," said German Defense Minister Ursula von der Lyayen.

Yes, Eastern Europe, the snow-covered Lithuanian forests. Here they also waited for brave American and Canadian defenders (armed with the latest technology), and received an army of desperate lumberjacks.
With chainsaws against the Russian threat. In the service of Western military thought of the XXI century primitive methods.

If you don't like the thread, you can go under the American flag and sing the hymn twice. Maybe this will make your city invulnerable to Russian missiles?

Do you adequately understand that the article was written by a US military expert in the American edition? Or do you think that this edition works for the KGB?

    Again --

That means ONE Ohio class has almost triple the warheads and twelve times the raw firepower of a Borei. And we have 18 of 'em, not four like Russia. Do the math - it doesn't work in your favor.

"Coming from a German"??.....funny, considering half your weapons like AK47, reactive armor, even your Abombs and space program are of distant German origins!!:)).

I think this all amounts to disruptive scare tactics intended primarily to continue hammering a wedge between NATO allies, especially between European members and the US.

Think about what a 475 kiloton warhead - one of 288 - would do to a primary communications hub, like, saaaaay Moscow.

Go ahead and wave your dick around. We'll be happy to burn it off with radioactive fire.

Although I do not agree with you, but your comment is the only adequate comment in this topic. You write your opinion and I thank you for it.

Now - why I do not agree with you.
    1. The article is written by an American military expert in an American publishing house. If we assume that this is Russian propaganda, then we must admit that the American publishing house works for the KGB. But it is not.
    2. Given the fact that the United States has withdrawn unilaterally from the INF Treaty, as well as statements by the US representative about not extending START 3
    3. This is my opinion. I think the United States is provoking a war. The reason - the imminent collapse of the global economy. At the same time (I think) - the biggest collapse will be in the American economy. Therefore, to save their capital and influence, the American oligarchs, along with the madmen
in the White House and the Pentagon, are preparing a big war. At least I see exactly that.
