I posted the stats on mass murderers from Australia. I don't care a stuff how you construe my posting that.

Do you consider the vast vast number of threads targetting black crime on this forum to be racist? For you to intimate and attribute racism to me?

That I state that the mass murders in this country were committed by white men is racist to you? It is merely a fact. I looked them up. I wrote them as I read them. As far as I know, plain facts aren't racist. They are merely facts.

Yes, it's true that numbers matter.
That's kind of the point.
Sure, murder is still of a higher rate amongst blacks than whites, but the point is that the media focus way too much time getting you bent out of shape on things that have practically no chance of happening to you.

The real lesson from all this is that murders tend to involve people you know, just like most of the other horrible crimes in existence.
The reason for blacks having a higher rate of violence is that blacks are disproportionately likely to live in a slum-like area where gang violence is common. Even gang violence usually involves gangsters killing other gangsters.

The lesson in this is that you, as a white person, are statistically more likely to be murdered by a white person (most likely one you know). And yet, chances are, if you've been consuming the crap the media throw at you, you're likely to fear that a black guy is going to randomly come up and shoot you and your children to buy crack.
Statistically, neither is likely. And most likely you don't live in an area where you have to worry about being a casualty in gang crossfire.

It seems to me the OP is aimed at the white people who obsess about black people being violent and dangerous to them. But, like plane crashes and shark attacks, this is another irrational fear that people get from watching too much TV.
The point is: Do you worry about a white person murdering you? No? Then why worry about something even less likely to happen?
