    The key being HER STORY.

How many times have you seen someone in your neighborhood putting the key in their front door and you have gone and asked them do they live there.

    And where does his differ?

Strangers don't do it here because they know neighbors watch out for each other and if I know it is their house why would I anyway?

No justly so, she had no authority whatsoever to block the entrance and stop a tenant from entering the bldg.

Now state for the record where it says on her lease she has to know every tenant in the building.
It's even more amazing how you pull the defensive bullshit for a racist out of yours.

Nope unjustly she was merely following the request of the owners of the building, there's your authority you can't seem to name.

No need the cites already state the building owners asked the tenants to be careful of unauthorized entry.

No racism involved but your normal defense of law breakers and rule breakers and people who act like jerks noted again.

No she claims she was following the request of the bldg, bldg mgmt has never come out and said that was true.

He entry was authorized, there goes your argument.

Well her employer seems to think it was. This gentleman didn't break any laws or rules and the only ******* on the scene was Miss Busybody. I know in your mind the black man is always wrong. There is nothing to be shown where her actions were right and his were wrong, but keep reaching.

    Who proved comment #1?
    Definitely he is authorized.
Her employer had nothing to do with the building. And word is she will take her former employer to court and let the court decide.
    He broke no laws.
He could have easily defused it. It has nothing to do with his color.
She alleges she followed apartment instructions.
It is not he is wrong, he turned a match flame into a huge fire. She contributed her part.
I will reach for the truth and leave out the appeal to emotion. But that is just me.

He was not obligated to show her anything and most people would have told her to mind her business.

She did as the building management asked, she was polite he was belligerent and refused to show his access key fob and then pushed her out of the way to force his way into the building. Even told him if you are a neighbor then I'd like to meet you. HE was the one who copped the angry black man attitude which you always defend.

No most nice people would have said "of course here it is, I'm so-and-so a new neighbor".

Please show me where bldg mgmt authorized her to stop other paying tenants to enter the bldg.

He asked her nicely to move and she refused to do so, how did he know if she lived in the bldg?

I am pretty sure I would have gotten a little angry as well if I arrive home where I PAY to live and someone whom I don't know and doesn't work for mgmt would have been in my way.

Please show me something in writing that authorized her from stopping PAYING tenants from entering the bldg.

Most nice people would never try and stop someone from entering a apartment bldg without authorization.

No most nice people would as asked by the management and with respect to their neighbors security which is why you MUST have a key fob to gain entry. Most nice people would not have acted like a jerk like this guy did trying to play the aggrieved angry black man so he could post his video and get his red badge of courage and 15 minutes of fame.

Prove she knew he was a paying tenant, how would she have known? Show me something in writing that she knew he was a paying tenant. Show me something in writing that he showed his key fob to her. Show me something in writing that he had authority to strike her. Show me something in writing that it was entirely racially motivated. Show me in writing where the management has denied her statement that residents are asked to maintain building security and not allow unauthorized access.

If they are consider neighbors they would just as I and others do so at hotels with secured entry. Do you just let people enter hotels through a door you just used your key to open without checking to see if they have one?
