"A colleague of my parents reportedly died from complications of the Moderna vaccine, a friend suffered from deep vein thrombosis, and a teenage nephew of another friend now has chronic cardiac issues. These are three examples from my immediate network of family and friends, and I know many others with their own stories."

No, the Unvaccinated Aren't Selfish or Ignorant. Here's Why I'm not Vaxxed | Opinion (msn.com)

The woman's name is Suri Kinzbrunner.

Apparently this is not all that uncommon. There is even one member on this forum, an older man, who said they started suffering heart pains in the morning that have continued for several months after they took the vaccine.

Some of these people are going to be left with minor heart complications that will stay with them for life.
(Of course that's equally true and probably even more so if you happen to catch the virus, but then again the vaccine might not always offer complete protection all the time)

I'm content to let others be the experiment.

I don't know anyone who suffered severe side effects from the vaccine, just mild cold or flu like symptoms. But then again, I don't know anyone who got any worse than that from covid either. Clearly people have been injured and killed by both, I'm not suggesting otherwise. But also my grandpa died literally from the common cold at 88 yo some 20 years ago. The folks who think its the end of the world that some people are choosing to not get a vaccine for a virus that's 99%+ survivable seem to me a little off their rocker...

I suspect this is the end of the world as we have known it. The oppressive draconian governments of the world have used covid as a psyop cover for something totally different. Unfortunately, the rest of us will find out the hard way exactly what that is.

The odds of any one person having a severe reaction are extremely low - around 1:100,000

I don't believe you. This is a fabrication.

Well that depends on exactly how you define "severe", doesn't it?

I'm aware of too many anecdotal reports of people who suffered complications, but they were not severe enough to go to the hospital.
In other cases there were severe complications but they could not tie it for certain to the vaccine. (So it wouldn't be counted in the statistics)

Someone else in this forum said they knew someone whose kidneys shut down after the vaccine.

Why in the world would you say something like that? The statistics have been plastered all over this forum and the internet. Somebody is bound to know some people that fit on one side or the other or both. Ugh.

Is there some reason there needs to be a question??

It is uncommon and no amount of third-hand anecdotes (real, misunderstood or made up) changes that fact. Literally millions of people have been vaccinated around the world so if serious side-effects were common, we'd be hearing about hundreds or thousands of cases.

Of course you don't believe the people on that blog.

Like a good subject, you believe Fauci & Friends. You believe what the MSM tells you, and disregard the rest.

As Casey noted in 1981, when everything the American people believe is false, we will know the success of our misinformation efforts.

People can roll the dice. Life is a crap shoot anyway. My unvaccinated brother who has covid was only sick a few days and is just waiting for his negative test to return to work. His unvaccinated wife is in the COVID unit with pneumonia and who knows how that will turn out. Not on a vent yet though. She just cannot seem to turn the corner in any regard with this thing.

The internet is full of stories and nonsense about the vaccines, but realistically you have nothing to fear from any of the vaccines. Your chances of serious complications from the virus with no vaccine to protect you are much worse. In weighing your safety, going by the data available, the vaccines are the much safer option.

Yeah but the problem with that is that data is NOT available. To have this data, you need to have a study that puts together the data, and that has NOT happened.

This was explained in this thread:
Woman developed heart arrhythmia after vaccine

The problem is, with current studies, they're only counting data in those studies if they ALREADY know the complications were caused by the vaccine. But this leaves us in a bit of a Catch-22 and is useless for seeing if the vaccine is causing additional complications.
