How are the rights of man accused of being raped denied? If you know anything about rape and court you will learn that women rarely win in court .that is why most recent cases go on reported.
Since one in six women is aexually assaulted and probably one in thousands of men is convicted falsely I will tend to go along with the women.

 

They were not charged because the victims did not charge them. There might have been a settlement.

 

Victims don't charge false accusers, that's the job of law enforcement.

Law enforcement chose not to charge the women who made false accusations in all of the cases I mentioned.

The victims of the false accusation did win civil suit settlements in all of the cases, but that's a different matter from punishment of the false accusers altogether.

None of the false accusers were charged for the criminal acts they perpetrated.

So the victims won civil lawsuits... that answers your question obviously they were charged. It dawned on you that maybe that was enough for them? A lawsuit is a very expensive thing and I agree that the women should have been charged. But the fact that they won civil lawsuits was enough and that’s why the lawyers let it go

No, the civil suits weren't against the false accusers(in most cases) they were against 3rd parties In the Duke lacrosse, mattress girl, and UVA cases, the civil suits were against the colleges and and media outlet. ( i.e. Rolling Stone magazine)

The only false accuser to be sued personally was Tawana Brawley. The civil suit against her was successful, but she never paid a dime.

These were all investigated. The problem seems to be that after there stories were found to be false, there are a few deadenders such as yourself who still support their lies.

But you don't KNOW if the accused is really a rapist and the accuser really has been raped. If you have an infallible lie detector please provide it to the police as it would solve a lot of problems. Although actually I think it could show both to be telling the truth.

 

Those are the cases we know off, we don't know how many cases that are dropped before coming to trial were fraudulent? Again, it's a balance of probability, we can't prove the Kavanuagh accusers were deliberately lying, just that their recollection is not reliable enough to prosecute.

 

Really? That's you're comeback? How are Fox's views on sexual assault any different to all the other channels? With the exception of the prowler rapist most allegations are not cut and dried, you cannot be sure if the accuser is telling the truth or the accused is, it is simply a case of is there evidence which goes beyond a reasonable doubt. In most cases it is one person's word against another and that is simply not good enough.

They should have had an investigation as to why Kavanaugh lied under oath.The Ford had nothing at all to gain but Cavanaugh had everything to lose but you believe him because after all we know all women lie about sexual assault one and six women who have been sexually assaulted are all liars

 

I have no problem with an investigation into the charges if they include putting Kavanaugh under oath again.
