    All evidence to the contrary.
Why would that be necessary and what does it have to do with my post?
Kavanaugh is tainted not by the accusations of Ford but by his whinny **** fit in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Gorsuch suspiciously sold property, that wasn't selling, to a wealthy donor. Using McConnell's "rule" Barrett should not have be brought to the floor until after the election.
Biggest debt increase in ANY single term. First ever non-peaceful transfer of power in our history. Only president to be impeached TWICE. :wtf:
That's on Hamas, tRaitor tRump couldn't have prevented that attack.
The Ukraine war was started by Putin.
And yet President Biden is handing off a great economy, strong military and bright prospects for American manufacturing. TRaitor tRump handed off a country in disarray from a pandemic made worse in America because of his inaction.

How does any of your "points" address my post?

dem tactics. Lie about a fine man and when that doesn't work find some psychotic bimbo who is willing to prostitute herself over something that allegedly happened 20 or so years ago -an incident where none of her claims make sense, and much of her story is clearly a lie. And then throw a tantrum when the man smeared with lies objects to the smearing. BTW that fits Anita Hill, Two Door Ford and that idiot Jean Carroll. none of their claims pass the smell test. Ford couldn't remember who she got a ride to and from the alleged party with, whose house it was, and how she got home. She never could remember how she obtained a ride and her story suggests she didn't stop to call anyone and back then no one had cell phones. She thinks the house was miles from her home so she didn't walk--she "FORGOT" every fact that could have set her up for perjury-such as the date or the place and one of the people who was at a party with her and AJ Kavanaugh denied her claims. Her fear of flying bullshit was another oozing lie. She was a pawn the democrats dragged up just as they did Anita Hill (who claimed she didn't know that Thomas "harassed her" and yet later she asked him out for dinner. Her claiming she didn't know what harassment was is laughable-she was head of EEOC -it's akin to a professor of dermatology saying he didn't know that a funny looking mole might be malignant. And Carroll was a joke-know idea what year it was and never could explain why she never made any noise to alert nearby shoppers while she claimed Trump was given her a hot beef injection in a cramped changing room nor could she explain why as a 45+ year old woman she couldn't tell the authorities. Its all Bullshit

your party did it to Thomas, Your party did it to Trump and they did it to Kavanaugh. you are are lucky that these three men have not sought the sort of retribution they certainly are entitled to for such disgusting schemes.

"Fine" men do not lie about 'settled Law' as this liar did. Kavanaugh is a brazen liar, just like his benefactor*.

    Yay.

I wasn't arguing that with you.
Kavanaugh presented himself to the Senate and to the world as a sniveling child. What he should have done is put on his best fitting dark suit, appropriate shoes and accessories walked into the hearing room like he owned the place and said; "I have no recollection of Ms. Ford's narrative, in fact I'm sure it never happened". Done the end. Graham and the "Republican" committee were going to approve him, NO MATTER WHAT! All he had to do is look the part of a dignified SC Judge. Instead he didn't appear ready to judge a mice running on a wheel contest.

But, here we go again with another wordy hair on fire diatribe that doesn't address what I posted. :wtf:

I never took that seriously, because we remember this same "justice department" went apeshit over a nonexistent legal theory(the Logan Act) over private conversations based on a UN vote in 2016! If that farce happened, there's no way in hell any meaningful conversations much less agreements could be had or would be arranged while one is "President-Elect" which is a ceremonially meaningless title.

Meh! I like my elected officials and government employees (which Kavanaugh is) to have some integrity but apparently that is not the case in America

"Trump ain't moving fast enough to negotiate peace and stop a war" Yet Trump has met with at least one side and appears to be moving for talks with the other side... and he is not even in office yet.. Will liberals give Trump credit if he does negotiate an end to the war... either president or president-elect..
Why do I get the feeling people are getting paid to rile the crowds sometime?

I totally ignore all campaign promises and have done that for decades. I remember Sam Donaldson saying on one of the political talk shows that no one expects a president to fulfill his campaign promises. There just pie in the sky rhetoric. Most of the promises made by any presidential candidate during the campaign needs help or legislation from congress. A president can’t do or keep promises he made without the U.S. congress. I’d say at least 90% of all promises made should have the caveat, “If congress passes or takes action on what I’m promising to do.” That is just a start, not the end.

As for the war in the Ukraine, I look back to Eisenhower and the Korean War. IKE didn’t promise to end the Korean War once he took office. IKE promised to go to Korea during his campaign for the presidency in 1952. IKE went to Korea after he was inaugurated, thus keeping his campaign promise. President or presidential candidates if they’re truthful shouldn’t promises anything that they can’t do by themselves. Without congress, without anyone else, foreign leaders etc.

Fighting crime, Trump needs congress, once congress acts, he’ll need the cooperation of all the local and state law enforcement agencies, those overseeing those agencies etc. Throw that out the window as pie in the sky. Heck, many local and state law enforcement agencies ignore and defy our present immigration laws. Like with previous presidents, don’t hold your breath on any of the campaign promises to be fulfilled. A president can only control what he does himself, not what others do or don’t do.

we know this game. If Kavanaugh said its not settled law (Kagan said Heller was settled law as did Jackson. and the FDR court obliterated far more sound settled law) the entire "doom for babies in the womb" crowd would have had kittens

It's funny that you persist on that focus, you haven't even tried to defend the other points you made, which I rebutted, in the post I replied to; I guess because you can't. But the in Supreme's section I mentioned 3 judges, gave up the "Blasey Ford" aspect an pointed out the failings of two other judges besides Kavanaugh. You haven't addressed why I think Kavanaugh disqualified himself, and now you bring up tHomas, whom I didn't mention because he wasn't a tRaitor tRump pick. But, who IS the most sold out crooked SC judge in history even out doing Alito for corruption.

And the ONLY reason "my team" hasn't been able to confront these unqualified and unethical excuses for jurists is the most under achieving and corrupt house majority over the last 6 years and mItch mCConnell's arm twisting in the tRumpublican sEnate.
