    It's interesting to note that the same people who trot Trayvon out as a helpless "child"....

    defend the notion that barely post pubescent female children are worldly enough
    to independently manage their "sex lives" with OTC abortificants.

    With what you replied to in mind also - This is something that has bothered me about comments I've heard from one quarter in particular. Is that, even IF Trayvon attacked George that he should only have responded with his fists and if Trayvon killed him then that's what he gets for being a weak individual.
    If one is an average citizen one doesn't train to perform physical altercations, criminals do train. One of the reasons for carrying a CCW, is to equal out or completely re-tilt the table in your favor - if attacked.
    So if you can't avail yourself of yourself defense, but instead have to win or lose apparently to the death if attacked by someone without a weapon. I don't think that's an appropriate argument but I've heard it made over and over and over the last 18 months or so.

    I realize all that, but my question if posed to the judge would then make the prosecutions charge look stupid, it makes no sense. If the child is stronger than the adult and has the upper-hand how can it be called child abuse?

    Most night watchman are old guys,,how can you compare?

    Dead Wrong.....In other words the prosecution couldn't prove murder 2 so they are being bailed out by allowing lesser charges after the fact. Get it right.
