    Even without the above, I'm not sure they met ANY of the points of relevance of the charges - yet another reason for a summary judgement and dismissal.

    Look for the prosecutions closing to be different than how they started to tailor it to manslaughter since they don't have an M2 case.

    I've never really watched a trial like this before.....can defense object to stuff in the closing arguments?
    If they can, why did they not just do so to his "Tell her i killed someone" or did the neighbor say that is what he said to him on the stand? I don't remember that...
