What factual evidence do you possess that the HOA has ever done that? I'm not claiming that they never did. I have no idea if they did. But in our litigious society, the HOA can be sued for being the HOA.
The 'media' has said that Z was a neighborhood watch volunteer. I discount everything the media says to zero credibility. When the event is over and the media prints a small story on page 6 a year or 2 later, you get the actual story, less 50% that they still get wrong.
Basing one's decisions or emotions on media reporting of an unfolding story, is foolish.

 

I am 5'9" and 135 pounds.. I have been a SCUBA diver, ball player, active gardener, water and snow skier, rollerskater most of my life.. I have raised a slew of kids, killed rattlers, fallen out of trees and off of horses.

The Lamestream is desperately attempting to drive the narrative.
There is no doubting that by offereing the entire first week nothing
but 12 yr. and 14 yr.old pics of Trayvon yet all they post were the
7 year old pudgy Mug shot of Zimmerman.
Lest anyone forget that the initial cries were that Zimmerman just
ended up being told he could Go home w/o even being questioned
let alone arrested.
I think it's fairly obvious that a hancuffed Zimmerman was in deed
frogmarched into a Police station with hands behind his back and
led into an interogation room for questioning.
Now If Zimmerman IS Arrested again,and goes to trial and is found
Not Guilty I guess Justice wasn't served.
THis is DADAISM ... pure & Simple.Exactly as Breitbart suggested at
C-PAC that Sharpton and MSNBC's Toure were plotting to instigate.
