    Filing a suit is not an indicator of liability on anyone's part. Once again a liberal rushes to convict on absolutely NO facts.

    Now you've got the HOA paying out millions and Zimmerman getting fried in Florida's "Old Sparky!" [The Florida electric chair was actually called that. They stopped using it a couple of years ago when it set a condemned on fire!]

    All without a shred of fact in your possession. The media is a source of opinions, not facts. That's not how its supposed to be, just how it is.

    The charge would be manslaughter or negligent homicide, not first degree murder.

    What is your problem with hyperbole?

    And yes.. the HOA is liable in a civil action.

    Of course they are liable in any civil action where they are proved responsible. The filing of a suit proves a suit was filed, nothing else. No liability has been shown.
    In fact, have you seen the court documents and read the brief of a suit filed against the HOA in this case or are you once again turning media opinions into facts?

    Call your HOA or apartment mgmt and ASK them if they recommend calling 911 or Neighborhood Watch.........

    A wrongful death lawsuit could be on a contingency basis if it had any merits. Who will pay for Zimmerman's if he is innocent and justice prevails? Defending yourself in a felony case is not done on a contingency basis.

    Having owned a number of condos, not a good investment, I know what they'd say. It was you that claimed the HOA would be liable for TELLING PEOPLE TO CALL ZIMMERMAN.

    If you now wish to retract that hasty and unwise statement. I'll let it go without another word..

    So walking home in the rain with a hoodie on is acting like a thug.

    You posted he has lost him and was walking away fast, so which is it.

    If that person grabbed or pushed you would that give you the green light to do that or was it wrong or not allowed for Trayvon to defend himself.
