Excusing Trayvon

I never said that GZ said out loud on the 9/11 call that TM was black. What I said was that he didn't give any good reason (what behavior?) for his suspicion of TM. That leaves the sole facts being that TM was a young black male he didn't recognize who was wearing a hoodie was walking alone in Zimmerman's neighborhood. What evidence can you show me that came out at trial that Zimmerman had about TM's "behavior"?

Do you see the Big Bang coming forth from nothingness? Light/Heat/Energy/Matter from nothingness? Who do you think started the Big Bang? Whereas science teaches us that matter is neither created nor destroyed how was that Big Bang from nothingness created?

The Retreat had many teens who walked and teens sometimes get caught in the rain.. To make the leap that a teen walking in the rain was suspicious shows a lack of judgment and restraint.

George should have followed NW protocol and waited for the police.

It is called suspicious behavior, which is not a crime and the reason Zimmerman called the non emergency number.

 

That is why Zimmerman called the non emergency number and it did happen that most of the theft/burgleries were caused by young men so to ignore the obvious is to push an agenda.

 

Because it was not about race and never was and that is according to the FBI.

 

There were no witnesses to most of the daytime, week day burglaries.. The assumption was they were all done by young black males.

You are speaking of George's neighbor, Emmanuel Burgess, who George also didn't know..

 

No, I am talking about the police record of recorded instances from witnesses around that time.

 

We don't know who the aggressor was when the confrontation ocurred.

But we do know that Zimmerman, in violation of NW rules and police admonishments, left his truck and went after Martin, unnecessarily creating a situation were violence was more likely.

Zimmerman went after Martin, not the other way around.

 

He didn't break any law and wasn't ordered to stay in his truck.
