    Yeah, foolie... those would be what we call roach coaches. I think they actually cook in food trucks as opposed to cold sammiches in plastic wrap on roach coaches. I usually stick to boiled eggs from a roach coach.

    I eat pretty good (fresh food) during the day and on weekends, but most weekday nights, I do frozen dinners. Easier to track WW points and I don't have to think about what I'm gonna have. Last night, I did WW cheeseburger sliders. After I went to bed, roomies made Reubens. To each his/her own. ;)

    Actually back in me early days { as dispatcher for my Grandma's Trucking co. }
    I couldn't wait for that Chuck Wagon truck.The guy pulled up every weekday
    morning between 9am and 9:30. I just loved whatI saw when he pulled up stakes
    { opened-up the one side of the truck which was thick metal } and voila.
    Like opening up a little cafeteria.Different kinds of Danish and sweets and
    sandwiches,subs and bags of snacks.Plus that really professional grade
    Coffee dispenser.Actually that was the real deal.Fresh brewed.As opposed to the
    really neat snack machines my Grandma had at the Front office.Like the coffee
    vending machine.I never could understand how that coffee could pass muster.
    It was never really bad or bitter.
    Like the bathroom in the warehouse where the huge 75 ton overhead crane
    sat.Even the truckers were kinda skittish about using that bathroom.
    I used it though.However that was when I was in the Dispatchers office,before
    I got moved to the Front office about 50 yards away in the front main bldg.
    I miss Grandma's Trucking terminal.It was the front office and one of 7 terminals
    she owned.She sold the company { ran in the red for too many years }
    She gave all the grandkids the exact same amount as gift { $ 42,ooo after taxes }
    pretty good sum back in the mid-70's.I was instructed to Save it. Every penny.
    My Grandma was very big on savings accounts.I managed to sneakily buy a
    a new motorcycle { my first }.

    I know it's fabulous college town with historic rock n roll roots.
    Like that is where Conservative fuddy-duddy Bill Bennett either went
    on a short date with Janis Joplin or tried to when attending the Univ.of Texas.
    Alex Jones radio station is in Austin. From what he says the place is one
    monumental junket stopover for trendies.And the worst of the worst kind of Libs.

    I had a friend with one of those roach wagons. He started at 3 a.m., went to a food warehouse and purchased his food for the day. There were at least 5 grades of 'hamburger' and he said most of the roach-coachers bought the cheapest with the most fillers. I knew then why the roach coach where I worked (not my friend's) had burritos that tasted like sawdust.

    Was awfully busy this morn.Especially right before 8 am on the roads.
    I wonder if being such a nice blue sky day has anything to do with it.
    Or the perfect temperature.
    I mean,since when are humans like birds.
    Feel free any ... to answer that.
    The early bird catches the ...

    before the buffet table gets closed down.
