Why did you ruin the first 12 words of that post, with the 17 words that followed? Yeah, sure, Democrats want to kill babies. ......and you bought that?......
From what I read, it does not go that far and is pretty narrow. Doesn't mean a future decision couldn't change that.
I heard a rumor, just a rumor, that women who work for HobbySlobby get BIG raises if they can prove to the executives in person that they're virgins....or is that just in their new mission statement..??
I'm interested in how those who support this decision feel about the part where the govt will provide BC for those employed by those whose religious beliefs allow them not to provide BC?
insures know percentage wise it often costs more for a party that has a child then one that choose not to have a child .
Three cheers for the 1st Amendment!!!!!! If you ladies want to sleep around... tell your partner that condoms are not very expensive. Certainly cost less than a dinner a decent restaurant. I'm sure Obama will issue an executive order making them tax deductible.
What part of this reality do you whiners not get? Geesh, the ignorance of lefties on this forum is embarrassing.
Can a Jehovah's Witness now deny his employees blood transfusion coverage because of his religious dogma? If it's the law, it's the law. Once again, the Supreme Court is, by the narrowest of margins, out of step with the people, further contributing to Hillary Clinton's election in '16. Should companies exclude certain contraceptives from workers' insurance coverage, based on religious beliefs? A Reuters/Ipsos poll showed 53 percent disagreed and 35 percent agreed.
Should be between the male and female. They want sex, buy some condoms or share the cost for other BC. Its not a health care issue, the Gov should stay out of it. I love yoga at the beach. I love sex. I pay for BC myself as I pay for my trip to the coast. I am not asking anyone to foot the bill.
The government should not be forcing a company to offer health care, nor should there be any mandates that people have to buy insurance. Having said that, yes, the rulings are contradictory.
I wouldn't be supprised if most of them believe their dear leader is above the SC. They believe he doesn't have to go by the constitution...so no supprise.
Yes, men are covered for breast-feeding supplies, IUDs, diaphragms and implants. And paying for that coverage, too. Apparently not... thus the complaining we're seeing.
If getting pregnant is a health issue wouldn't it be up to the person who might get pregnant to do whatever it takes to prevent this health issue? In Texas welfare will pay for any poor girl to get a three contraception implant, which is putting too much importance on our poor girls having total freedom to have sex all day long. Making young girls work and pay for their fatherless kids might encourage them to figure out how not to get knocked up. Other women and men who like them can spend whatever it takes to get their preferred contraceptive. Yes it is,, when that so called contraceptive is a drug that kills a fertilized egg. Some people have trouble with the killing of a baby at any stage of its development. I don't but some do and I respect that.
They won't... but.... Yes. That's the ACA. - - - Updated - - - Understood, but then the business should have the choice to opt out. Why? His wife and daughter are.
