Nope, sorry but the reality is the age of the earth cannot be proven scientifically and that's a fact. Whether 6000 years or billions of years, both viewpoints (and everything in between) rest on faith and assumptions.

 

You know they have found evidence of farming 12,000 years ago on the Black Desert in Jordan.

 

Of course this is just your opinion you're spewing. You have no proof that dinosaurs thrived for millions of years and what success have they accomplished? They're extinct aren't they? If they had half the brains of us humans they'd still be surviving...wouldn't they?

I haven't ignored the fact that dinosaurs existed, I have acknowledged that they existed but when you tell me they existed millions of years before man that's when I begin to ignore what you say because that is just your opinion, it is not a fact.

 

Perhaps my English manner is strange. Given the posts and the arguments they present one wonders what they really know. For people who are supposed to know the Bible one despairs for Christianity.

For sure from the best educational schools, colleges and universities that teaches factual and accurate history, science, medicine and God that is why we don't contradict history, science or God.

Why would I bother, it's a waste of time. Like I said you can't prove scientifically that dinosaurs existed millions of years before man. All you can do is give out an assumption an opinion, a guess, but do note these are not facts.

I know I can vouch for myself that my answers have been honest always keeping in line with Scripture...I mean if Scripture tells us our Lord Savior Jesus Christ rose from the dead after the 3rd day of His death, I'm going to say the same thing too and not make something up that has no biblical support.

When Scripture tells us there was a world-wide Global Flood during the days of Noah, I'm not going to say it was just a localized flood, I'm going to say it was a world-wide Global Flood.

Yes, Scripture really doesn't give us a real time period. Scripture for the most part puts more emphasis on the message it is conveying and not on all the minute details. And so it is the message that is more important.

The main message that comes out of the Holy Bible after one reads it thoroughly is that God loves us all and has a plan to save us from the destructive power of sin.

We read in Scripture:

Our Lord Savior Jesus Christ said, "For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him."---John 3:16-17 NLT

And global flooding cannot occur. The most likely event is that a massive meteor hit would send thousands of tons of dust into the air causing the sun to be obscured for months. No life could exist under such conditions. If it hit the earthquake belt volcanoes would erupt to worsen the situation.

 

So what's up with that?

It took 1500 years for the Bible to be translated into most languages and distributed around the globe.

It took a middle-aged woman in England about 2 months to have her book translated into most languages and distributed around the globe.

Is a middle-aged woman in England more powerful than a god? Or did God just not really care that the Bible made it into the hands of the people in a timely manner?

So you blindly believe in a fake story fairy tale told to you by people who were too fdumb to know the earth wasnt flat but ignore basic geology and radio carbon dating verified by scientists all over the globe. Ummm...sorry buddy. I was reading college level in fourth grade. I was so far ahead of the curve they let me teach english to the cambodian students instead of going to class. Basic knowledge of the earth was beneath me by fourth grade much less 7th. Apparently some adults are still having trouble with 3rd grade science. Lastly I gave you facts but you cant accept them because they prove your fairytale is incorrect. If your fairytale is incorrect......then....my....it must be embarrassing to have wasted your life on make believe instead of simply living your life in reality. I would tell you about fusion calculations and the age of the sun but if you dont accept dinosaurs then that would be wasteful. Do you know where gold comes from?
