No one is declaring anything. The question was asked and we're trying to answer it. No declarations are being made.

Well, nobody can really say because women are people, and people want different things, depending on their circumstances, etc.

Oh, look at the little nit that was picked....how not very clever especially since men have posted declarations in here.

Maybe I should make it REALLY SIMPLE for you....

    What do women want?

For men to stop acting/posting/saying/maintaining/commenting on/ what women want as if they could possibly know....

This thread is looking for commonalities among all women as far as what they want.

Perhaps then, this thread should have come with instructions that men we not allowed.

Strangely though, males tend to have knowledge concerning what women want based on experience gained by women telling them or in other ways indicating such.

Honestly I think that every woman should come with an instruction manual......AND....come with a REMOTE!!!

    LOL!!!

I can tell you now the MUTE, PAUSE and STOP buttons on that remote would have the words worn right off them!!

    LOL!!

And the Fast Forward too because as every guy has experienced.....every time you need to be somewhere at a certain time and she is getting ready...well......from now on all we would have to do is hit the FAST FORWARD button on the remote and.......LOL!!!

As splendid as that option would be...we must deal with the realities.

Thus do I instead automatically add an hour to any important timeline and understand the signs that indicate that outside alone time is a very good idea.

I think you need a mute button. You do a lot of talking.

    Perhaps.

I suppose who I am to talk is just as equal as who are you to talk.

The only difference is I do not question your right to talk.

My comment is related to you saying you wish women had mute buttons, when you do a lot of "talking" and boasting yourself. Soooo, maybe some women would wish you had a mute button of your own.

Well my online persona and YOU of all people should know this is very different than what I am in real life.

Here I can talk about anything but in reality I am the big quiet guy watching, learning and plnning.

I should? How should I know? I've only talked with you a handful of times, and you were pretty much the same way as you are on the forum, IMO. Hmm. Sounds like perhaps I'VE hit a nerve? :D

In my experience and some of them have been unfortunately very bad with the sudden death of my first fiancee....she died in my arms and I had to give her CPR until the Ambulance and Paramedics showed up as she had an Aortic Aneurysm as it was Genetic.....you simply cannot break this question an issue down into what does she want what does he want.

It really has to be what do both want.

If you cannot as a couple get to that point of asking WHAT is it that we both want....the relationship is doomed.

When one person becomes more concerned about what is in it for THEM....well that is in my opinion a telltale sign of the end.

Now I enjoy having fun here and joking around and for some of the members who know me and there are a FEW members who REALLY KNOW ME.....they understand my comments about shock collars and mute buttons are just for fun and personally I think anyone who is offended by such comments by me ought to FIRST either get to know me or at the very least ASK ME what I mean by such comments.

As far as the REAL ME.....in a relationship....I will do ANYTHING for the one I love.

    ANYTHING.

And that is NOT an overstatement.

Excuse me but males have very limited knowledge of what women want...and their normal overblown ego thinks they do, in fact, they think they know what EVERY woman wants...but they seldom even know what the women in their lives want...

They would be very IGNORANT if one woman told them what they want and so they conclude since all women are the same that's what they ALL want...

NO man, NO human , knows what ALL women want ....get ready for a shock...women are individuals with INDIVIDUAL thoughts and wants.....

WHAT!?? All women don't want the same thing! What? But they're nothing more than cows -who-all-like-pink.....aren't they???

No one is claiming to know what all women want, unless you are taking my little poetic statement as some kind of psychoanalysis. I will stste however that between you and Chris many of the stereotypes you likely complain of are represented.

Relax, breath deep, and settle your mind please....you are beginning to resemble the female K9 of lore.

:roflol: This is a classic! The Big Strong Man thing tells the little women to not worry their pretty little heads ! Those uppity women have been seen to ""Display Emotion Unbecoming a Good Little Woman".....and since the emotion isn't robotic happiness it will not be allowed! :roflol:

How long before you claim we must have our periods because YOU perceived we were emotional.....c'mon, say it, you know you're dying to say the sexist's favorite blindingly ignorant phrase....

Relax, breath deep, and settle your mind please...... we will not harm you, we may upset your sexist idea on how women must respond but it may only cause mental harm as a mind changes ....or not....:)

    Now, stereotypes:

Men who think they know what all women want...and post crap.

men who get frightened and tell women THEY'RE emotional.

Men who think women should never show emotion(real or perceived) unless it's robotic happiness....

Most people are clueless when it comes to COMMUNICATING what it is that they want.

As I explained to my beloved spouse of 40+ years together that while I will use my superpowers to please her I lack the power to read minds so she needs to tell me what she wants/needs/desires if it is obvious that I don't know.

And that works in BOTH directions.
