Hey, c'mon now, that was 8 years ago. You really don't think a Democrat is going to remember that far back do you?

Good thing for them that Trump got involved, cause that only started a few years back. Somehow, they can remember all that...

    People who value honesty care.

Trump has made a career out of dishonesty -- and has thousands of lawsuits to prove it.

Why should he apologize? Hillary Clinton started it. obama could have easily ended it quickly by producing proof sooner. But since Hillary is in a poll free fall they have to distract somehow. Hahahahaha!

Trying to ascertain that the qualifications for the highest office in the land are met is hardly racist; the same consideration prevented Schwarzenegger from running as President.

Considering Obama's bias toward supremacist Muslims and a foreign Marxist ideology, IMO our qualification criteria could still use some improvements.

Not only does Trump owe Obama and apology but he also owes him $5 million.

Hillary started it? So post one link to her mentioning it. Go ahead and start backpedalinf now.

He released in 2008 and another version in 2011, And Trjmp was still lying about it in 2012.

    - - - Updated - - -

Except he proved that in 2008 and trump continued to lie. So when does he apologize?

My understanding is that the "proof" had alterations, so IMO the mistake was reasonable. We're talking here about a Mom that first conceived in Hawaii with a man from Africa but later moved to Indonesia where she had another child by a second racial group and raised her first child as a Muslim...and wasn't Obama adopted in Indonesia? If so, I'm surprised American birth records were even accessible...and if an American child is adopted by a foreigner, are they still entitled to become President???????

Plenty of room for confusion here.......

I think his statement is the best you're going to get. You obviously are aware the statement contradicts his previous, so is everyone else. Saying I'm sorry, I was wrong. Wouldn't benefit him any.

All you have to do now, is come up with quotes from Hillary and source them with a link. Then we will do the same for Trump with his direct quotes. We will count and see who did what and when. Either Trump is a wacko conspiracy nut-job fool, or he is a manipulative and exploitive liar, who damn well knew it was crap he was spreading. It is not Obama's job to make Trumps lies go away. It isTrump's job not to tell them.

It was the most silly sounding, insincere, contrived and pandering thing I have ever heard and Trump is every bit the birther idiot he ever was.

Why are you upset about it though you expected more? Don't vote for the guy.

Do you think she can still remember last April? ;-)

“Klan Leader Claims KKK Has Given $20K To Clinton Campaign
A prominent member of the Ku Klux Klan on Monday said the group has made over $20,000 donation toward the campaign of the presidential aspirant, Hillary Clinton.” Jake Dubois, blackmattersus.com, 4/27/16.

Most of these campaign dirty tricks start with the DP.

“Barack Obama has accused Hillary Clinton of using "shameful" smear tactics after a picture of him wearing tribal robes and headgear in a Muslim region of Kenya was circulated on the internet. The photograph of the Illinois senator, which was taken in 2006 during an official trip to Wajir, a majority ethnic Somali area in Kenya, appeared on the front page of the Drudge Report, where rival campaigns typically try to place damaging material.” Barack Obama tribal photo 'sent to Drudge Report by Hillary Clinton staff' Barack Obama tribal photo 'sent to Drudge Report by Hillary Clinton, 25 Feb 2008

The RP has usually been too afraid of a MSM spanking to try that stuff.

Right! The partisan robot wants Trump to apologize for something invented and brought to life by Hillary, but doesn't seem to have the same standard for Hillary herself.

This is a desperate non issue. The polls and the election will be the final word on whether digging up birther shame will matter any. Right now, it seems not to
despite efforts by the puny shills.to the contrary.

Yes, and notice how this sort of 'gotcha!' stuff keeps backfiring nowadays for the Left as Trump simply turns things on their head? What the Left didn't expect was that Trump would calmly reveal that Birtherism started with the Hillary Clinton campaign in 2008. They simply are not geared to deal with the truth. But the public is equipped to deal with it when it's in black and white with no ambiguities. Birtherism was a campaign tactic of the Clintons. The Left has to live with that and live with the voters KNOWING the truth.

Trump asked for proof of Obama citizenship when it was a very hot issue of contention and unresolved. Once Obama provided documentation....end of issue.

That's sort of how things are supposed to work. Right? As the polls slowly turn around the left is frantically going through the dirt looking for anything
they can find to attach to Trump. It isn't working.

So you're saying trump is too gullible to be president? Or that he's not responsible for his hate filled lies because someone else was an idiot also?

    - - - Updated - - -

Lol except that wasn't how it ended, he kept questions it into 2013

That someone else being your candidate, who, believing it or not, proliferated this conspiracy.

It is not an issue of gullibility either, I might argue, but a legitimate question, being that there was a great deal of literature in which Barry used other names and claimed other birthplace. His reluctance to issue proof was , in and of itself, an odd move that lead to reasonable suspicion. At the end of the day, it was a conspiracy promoted by your candidate, and put to rest by ours. Demanding an apology from the guy who got answers to yours questions is... disingenuous at best.

When did Clinton suggest that he wasn't born in the U.S.? No, not some unappointed person who did local volunteer work for her campaign. When did she say it?

Lol, so many falsehoods in this. Obama released documentation of his birthplace in 2008, before Trump even got involved. If you are talking about the long form birth certificate, Trump kept the conspiracy going after it was released, suggesting that it was fake and that the Hawaiian politician that released it was assassinated as part of a coverup. I've never seen a campaign so thoroughly depended on its supporters keeping their head in the sand and ignoring easily verifiable facts.
