    O.J. will be getting out in October. Conditions of his parole will be set soon. He will be going back to Florida upon his release.

    Good to hear. He was overcharged for his crime, anyway. Plus, he was found NOT GUILTY on his murder trial. He played within the legal system and won, deal with it !

    No he wasn't over charged. He did armed robbery and kidnapped peopled when he refused to let them leave. listen to the audio recording

    He served his time for the robbery. He was acquitted in the murder of his wife. Remember Robert Blake? Seems celebs are immune. Justice is not always fair.

    It won't be long before his bad temper lands him back in trouble. Damn, when he got super angry at the hearing today when talking about whether the sports crap was his, damn! He was pissed off! At that point, I figured he'd blown it, but I suppose the victim statements are what turned the board around.

    He is one angry, evil thug.

    he was overcharged imo, but based on the fact I think he got off easy the first time.... I think most overlook it

    He wasn't overcharged but he was over sentenced. I heard from a few places yesterday that people that commit the same crime usually end up with 3-5 years and are out in 1.

    You guys in nevada don't want me.Plus he said numerous times
    that he NEVER tried to make excuses for his Imprisonment.
    I'm gonna count the ways.
    I recall a few big time examples of " the Juice " concocting excuses.

    O.J. WAS offered a plea deal. 2 1/2 years instead of 33.
    O.J. gambled and lost.Just like he gambled that he could AGAIN
    in a fit of rage storm into a Hotel room { armed } and demand
    stuff.

    Well, according to the jail officials, OJ was a pretty decent prisoner and tried to help out. Maybe there is a possibility that he's figured out how to be a decent person. But, if he screws up again and hurts someone else, throw the book at him and lock him up again. But for now, let him have his parole and prove he can live like a decent citizen.
