I believe that his comment is correct.... if understood properly.......

I do believe that there is a Purgatory / hell environment that our souls can get stuck in for days, years, or perhaps even centuries or more.... but he is correct.......
there is no hell / purgatory that we are absolutely stuck into for infinite time in the future.....
as long as we are willing to make some positive changes.

Messiah Yeshua - Jesus and the Dali Lama may have far, far, far, far far more in common than he has with 97% of his own followers.

If Rabbi Yeshua - Jesus actually stated the following five paragraphs to his disciples......
(as was shown to near death experiencer Bruce F. MacDonald Ph. D): then.......
Rabbi Yeshua - Jesus could be considered an honorary Buddhist.

Five paragraphs that have the potential to save this world!

Personally.... i think that the Vatican did an awesome job in picking Pope Francis......
    he has courage....
    he speaks his mind....
    he tackles challenging topics......

I admit that he is further left than I would personally prefer but.......

I believe that he will fulfill the role that is predicted for him:

Hey... I just thought of something that you may find intriguing........
perhaps Cephas / Peter reincarnates at this time... but is not limited to one nation.........

Pope Francis could be a Roman Italian reincarnation of Cephas Peter..... whereas Pastor Rick Joyner... might be an American reincarnation of Cephas / Peter. Rick Joyner's books about his visions...... impress me as Acts 10 continued and continued.. .and continued... and continued....... .The same fingerprint on the writing and thinking style.........

So what? The Pope gets a statistically irrelevant response for almost every year.

In fact only 2 people get a real response in the poll, they are Trump and obuma, all others are statistically insignificant. That alone tells you there is a problem with the poll.

O'Trumpo will soon be very irrelevant, except to his jailers.

Great point. Yes, they are confused: the geneologies in the Bible add up to around 6000 (to 10,000) years from Adam to today, and they can't find the courage to improve that patently wrong book, so that's arguably confusion of the highest order.

According to Scalfari's article on Thursday, he asked the Pope where "bad souls" go and where they are punished. The journalist is an avowed atheist.

"Souls are not punished," the Pope was quoted as saying in the Repubblica piece. "Those who repent obtain God's forgiveness and go among the ranks of those who contemplate him, but those who do not repent and cannot be forgiven disappear. There is no hell - there is the disappearance of sinful souls."

The Vatican said it had not been an interview, but a private meeting on the occasion of Easter, and Scalfari's article "is the fruit of his reconstruction".

It's so like godists to believe something like """atheists fumble and bumble then stumble and crumble to the ground in their failing, every and always failing efforts"""

...as they believe in other fairy tales and illusions.. ...:)

I already pointed out the obvious - your poll only has 2 people who registered statistically significant responses, Trump and obuma. Every other person in the poll received insignificant responses. The poll is obviously flawed.

The atheists have faith in their own beliefs, apparently, and illusions.
