I will repeat what I said and that is no Senator on the committee ( or to my knowledge) accused Judge K of gang rape or the other rape). Those accusations came from other sources and whether you like it or not but if an accusation comes out it gets reported. Do you want to suspend the first amendment?

 

That was a hearing not a court case. If this ever went to court you would not want it to go to court because the FBI would have to investigate and witnesses would have to be interviewed and deposed. Mr. Judge who Dr. Ford says was in the room at the time of the alleged groping would very likely crack under cross examination.

I'm not sure if I'm buying that. This is a woman who went on to earn several degrees, a PhD, a very successful career, one husband, etc. This is not the resume of someone traumatized. She stated she was so affected by it that she had multiple exterior doors on the house she built. So it is amazing she has been okay in her career as a teacher and student. She stated the fear of flying (which we know is BS) was stemmed from this assault because she didn't like to be in an enclosed area (cab of plane). More BS. How does she ride in a car which is much smaller.

So from those lines, I am just not buying that.

No, I'm being reasonable with my obvservations. She did make it sound as if her entire life was affected by this, her entire successful life. That doesn't really add up.

 

You're being unreasonable. There are plenty of folks who have lead successful lives and were assaulted. Claiming she hasn't become a quivering shell that is unable to even have a job as the bar standard for assault is preposterous.

It does add up. Her commentary was honest. Her claims were believable.
