Excuse me, but I'm a 75 year old woman, I have no identification problems as how I define my own gender. All I'm saying is why does it really matter to Republicans. Do you intend to use transgender as an excuse to put your moral judgement on them? If not, what is it, what is your problem with transgender? Is it because you don't want them peeing in the same bathroom as your little girl or maybe you don't want to stand at a urinal as the transgender has to go sit down on a toilet to pee? What is it!? This is a democracy, this is America and what you believe or what I believe has no bearing and should not affect what someone else believes or doesn't believe. So, yes, that makes me RIGHT in a democratic, free society that has Constitutional laws that protect the rights of each and every one of us. I've also been in the medical field for more than 40 years and never in my entire career have I discriminated against someone for any reason when I gave medical treatment to a patient. We all bleed red.

 

About 1/2 of 1% of the population are transgender, yet the concept consumes the rabbid left and is widely discussed on the Left Wing Propaganda Fake News outlets while we hear nary a word about prison reform or the systematic rape that incarcerated men are subjected to, every day in American prisons despite the government controlling every aspect of every moment of their lives. That's not what is important, what's important is changing all the government forms that seem to assume your sex is determined by your genitalia at birth!

The British tabloid, 'Daily Mail' that you linked is a publication similar to the National Enquirer here in the U.S. Most of it's content is generally unreliable, and its use as a reference is to be generally prohibited, especially when other more reliable sources exist. I believe you chose that particular source because you felt it would cause a reaction, that's all. I don't think it's in the least bit credible. BS. A straight looking male would cause a problem in the girls locker room, but a man in a dress can just walk right in.
Now we have correct pronoun laws. If you are a straight looking man and I called you ma'am, no real problem, but if you are a man in a dress and I called you mister, you'd call the pronoun gender police. Some of them want to be referred to as "they". All of them want to require me to join them in their fantasy.
