If my children were drafted, I'd paytheir expenses have them sent to another country. The draft is slavery, plain and simple.

My father fought in Korea- killed his first man at age 17 (it was easy to lie about your age when you are 6'5" in the 1950's). Awarded The Purple Heart and the Silver Star. He told me he would do the same for me when I was young.

A contract cannot be some abstact concept a few people write about in books. A contract by definition is an agreement with specific language that both parties agree on.

NO such agreement exists, and no one has agreed to it. In this country you are free to do as you like so long as you do not infringe on the rights of others. At no point has anyone given up their property rights, nor their right to self ownership which would be necessary in order for the income tax to be legal. The Federal governemnt has only the specific powers which are named in the Constitution. All other powers it claims which are not in the Constitution it has usurped illegally, and the people are just too stupid to call them on it.

The war on drugs is a perfect example. In order for the war on drugs to be legal, along with Federal drug laws, it would be necessary to pass a Constitutional Amendment. No such amendment was ever passed, therefore all Federal drug laws are illegal. The Federal government has no jurisdiction over what people do with their own bodies.

The constitution is the contract between citizens and the government. If you reside in the US, and retain your citizenship, you have agreed to the terms of the contract.

I attempt to give people the benefit of the doubt, but when I've asked for the umpteenth time for validation of their statement or position, it kind of proves itself.

You don't actually believe any of the ideas that libertarians hold, which run contrary to reality. If you did, you'd be on some private island somewhere, and not here in the US, paying your taxes and enjoying the freedom, rights and privileges that comes with it.

 

Where does that say 'pay taxes or leave'? Where does that say 'This Constitution is a generationally binding contract'?

That is the Pre-amble to the Constitution, not the Constitution itself, nor anything that says what you claim.
