Trump has to go-He's had his chance-I've given up waiting for him to act like a human being

I find it interesting that you'd take this position. You realize that the difference is that had you said what you wrote here in Germany at the time, you'd have been sent to the camps. Right? Last I looked in this country, the only folks who ever set up camps were democrats. Ask the Japanese.

I can understand that a person might consider Trump's policies more important than his personal behavior. Of course, this means that person should refrain from criticizing unfavored candidates for their private lives and even their lies.

On the other hand, some of us consider principles important, including truthfulness and faithfully executing the duties of the office. You may think that "sad", while we think it's sad to ignore principles.

At any rate, I do not support President Trump being impeached and I do not want to see a Democrat elected president. What I want is for the GOP to find a person to run against him in the primaries that is conservative but relatively uncontroversial in comparison. And though I'm not a big fan of Mike Pence if the GOP could persuade President Trump to resign I would be okay with that as well.

I have said dozens of times that Trump won the election...FAIR AND SQUARE...without regard to whether he had help from Russia or anyone else.

The rules of the election were all met with him being the clear winner. So don't give me that bullshit.

I can even understand someone being so off-put by Hillary Clinton that they voted for him. But anyone still supporting him should hang his/her head in shame.

He is an abomination as a president and as a human being.

Please feel free to hold your breath until you turn blue and cold.

If you cannot see what is doing to "trash our nation"...no explanation will penetrate.

Translation, you cannot voice what you do not think. So basically you just proved you don’t know.

    ...fine with me.

Is it the booming economy or the historic low unemployment in all demographics that’s got you down?

Every economic indicator Trumpists give Trump credit for was already on an upward trend. The only people crediting Trump are those unable or unwilling to consult a graph.

There is no comparison. I never heard "Barry" bellow like Trump does. I never heard him lie aggressively and constantly like Trump does.

In fact, I have never seen ANY US President, senior elected official or candidate (except Sarah Palin) behave the way Trump does.

But if this is the sort of response that you're reduced to, weak whataboutism, it may be time to reconsider your alliegance.

Ah yes, trying to attribute Trumps booming economy to ‘the new normal’ President that claimed this couldn’t happen because Trump would not have a magic wand. Priceless.

I didn't attribute it to Obama and have repeatedly said so throughout the forums. Nothing that is happening under Trump is new. He's the rooster taking credit for the sunrise. Every single economic indicator you credit him for was already on a positive trend years before he took office. I'm sorry if the facts are inconvenient for hero worship, but they remain facts.

Lets examine 2016. Trump sees record turnout, and loses the popular vote. Trump wins swing states by narrow margin. Who is it that inherits 100% of Trump's base, and beats the DNC is the swing states? Biden can count on the resistance vote, he's from Pa. and seniors in Fla. might lean Biden too. 2020 is about electability IMO.

LOL, of course, I forget the depth of denial by the anti-Trumpers.

If by "depth of denial" you mean "ability to read a graph," then sure. But please, name one economic metric improvement under Trump that wasn't something he inherited. By all means, be the first person in the forum to provide such an example. It will be entertaining. I'll save you some time: employment, GDP in real dollars, manufacturing jobs, manufacturing production, the Dow Jones, the S&P 500, NASDAQ, and consumer confidence were already on an upward trend. What else ya got?

Never gonna happen, no matter what Republican that replaces Trump the leftist unbridled rhetoric will continue! This leftist out of control madness is no one time phenom because of Trump, this is a left evolution, so I suggest you get used to it the sooner the better ;)

Hmm... well, I'm not surprised. I understand that devotion has it's price. Clearly it's claimed you. I look at it this way. Democrats attempted a coup. It failed. Trump defends himself in the only way he knows is effective, and it offends you that he has the audacity to ignore the media who wouldn't have every allowed his defense to get to the public. And that scares you. So, you rant about style instead of the substance of the matter because the superficiality of it is all you have the ability to master. Nice mansplain about Sarah... Misogynistic to be sure, but it surely defines you.

    Results?

The really sad thing is that this cult of personality you have fallen for really isn't very impressive.

Trump's GDP numbers are lower than Jimmy Carter's.
Trump's GDP best year is no better than Obama's best year.
Trump was unable to build a coalition to rework Obamacare or get his "better plan" even off the ground.
Trump's stock market "boom" stalled after the first year - Obama had better performance.
Trump's record with the national debt is as poor as Obama's and far worse than Clinton's.
Trump has done absolutely zero to change our danger spots around the globe - Venezuela, North Korea, Iran - are all just the same threats they were when Trump took office - and our relations with China, and Europe are deteriorating quickly.

You just care about the Trump brand and your idolatry of Trump.

I recall this was the same tactic the left used against Reagan. They are at least consistent in their hysteria.

Hmm.. interesting standard. So, really, you're crediting Bush II because he's the starting point of the improvements, right?
