    There's really no excuse Baltimore can offer to explain the poor performance of it's city's sanitation, public health, and public housing officials. Baltimore's officials would have turned to Cummings if they felt DC hadn't met the city's needs. It would have been Cummings obligation to secure the funds Baltimore needed, and see that those funds were used properly. Multiple HUD initiatives failed miserably in Baltimore, and they we're programs put in place by Obama. Obama, Cummings, and Baltimore officials spent more, and got less than Baltimore residents deserved. Carson will investigate, and (D)'s will get burned.

    When the whites leave, you know something is amiss. But when the blacks start leaving, you know something is bad...real bad. Meanwhile, Cummings and all the other leftist hypocrites are out there, criticizing and flat out lying about the President of the United States. And they aren't just disagreeing with the wisdom of his policies, which is what Democracy is all about. They are out there accusing him of treason, of being a threat to our Constitution, and of being a racist. You can't speak worse of an American than that. And they are flat out lying about the border and other areas of our nation. It's as if their job, their office, their election and their calling is to lie, to criticize, to divide, to cause fear and loathing and destruction, in the name of good stewardship. So the President says, Hey goomba's, look at your own back yards. Now that's real.

    President Trump has blamed predecessor Barack Obama for a litany of issues, from the Iran nuclear deal to the crisis at the border, and on Friday he added the alleged poor state of air conditioning in the White House to that list.

    Trump made the remarks to reporters in the Oval Office, when discussing how he was going to his residence in Bedminster, N.J. in August. He said that such trips aren’t a vacation and that presidential away days are often used for maintenance on the White House.


    “I'd rather be right here,” he said, before adding that “a lot of times you go and they do a lot of work in the White House.”

    “For instance, the Obama administration worked out a brand new air conditioning system for the West Wing and it was so good before they did the system,” he said.

    “Now that they did this system it's freezing or hot in here,” he complained.

    Interestingly enough, Elijah Cummings just declined Trump's invitation to visit a Baltimore public housing facility with him. Seems like Trump's determined to address the foul stench of dead rats in Cummings district. IT IS EPIC that Trump's stolen a page from the AOC playbook, and is going to make a media spectable out of the "inhumane" conditions at Cummings HUD "concentration camps". :lol:

    According to the Baltimore Sun, Kushners company owns 17,000 units in 17 complexes many in Baltimore country.

    In 2017, Baltimore county officials cited Kushner owned properties for over 200 code violations:

    "In an investigation by the New York Times and Pro Publica published earlier that year, tenants of Kushner properties reported mouse infestations, mold problems and maggots. A private investigator who looked into Kushner’s property management company, Westminster Management, described the managers as “slumlords.”

    I am not disputing that Kushner is a "slum-lord". However, notice that your quote states that Kushner's company owns building in BALTIMORE COUNTY.....not Baltimore proper. His property is not in the city limits. You might also notice that the complaints do not mention RATS.

    Whether Kushner is a slum-lord or not is not the "Fake News". The "Fake News" is the claim that Kushner's properties are part of those being discussed within the rat-infested portion of The City of Baltimore as many people are trying to do. That is the true "alternate facts".

    Okay. So you are saying that he has no properties that are part of the City of Baltimore problems? Honest question. I really don't know the situation in Baltimore as well as some.

    Though I have seen documentaries on TheRealNews regarding poverty and infrastructure in Baltimore. My first reaction was lack of federal funding but I am willing to be schooled and better informed.

    All articles on Kushner's property state that they are in Baltimore County. If they were in the City Limits, it would not limit the area to the county....even though I am sure that Baltimore Proper is in Baltimore County. If they were in the City Limits, I would expect the article to say so. All articles I have read specifically state that none of his properties are within Cumming's 7th District (in the links I provided). One report I read stated that some of his property do share a zip code as some of the property in the 7th District, but that is about as close of a connection that can be made.

    As I mentioned, none of the complaints list "rats" as the reason. Mice, yes, but not rats. Having to deal with both rats and mice in the past, mice are a much less of a concern. There is little doubt in my mind that Kushner is a "slum-lord". However, connecting is slum-lordishness to this issue is nothing more than deflection.
