It appears that an old video has been found of Cummings calling Baltimore "drug infested" and the people walking around like "zombies". Gee, looks like Cummings is also a racist, huh.

    I have just checked the "rule book" and it appears that you might be a racist for saying he can't be a racist for being a racist......WAIT.....hold on.....well, maybe you are not. It is hard to tell. The rule book changed right when I was in the process of reading it. I might have to get back to you on this as the rule book seem to be changing constantly.
