    Skin cells are merely specialized cells same as liver cells and blood cells of the entire complete living being. They are not a complete being on their own.
    Ovum and sperm are haploid cells without a complete DNA complex and in the case of humans a human ovum and a human sperm and once conception occurs a new unique diploid cell is formed with it's complete DNA complex, a new unique human being.

    Why? She was an active participant in the murder.

    What if the doctor prescribes a bill that will cause an abortion or she gets the pill online?

    No, she lacks the required mens rea necessary for prosecution.

    If the pill is illegal then the doctor should be charged with possession and sale of illegal goods.

    She should be free to take the pill.

    Viable means it can survive outside the womb on its own.
    Viability doesn’t happen till around 25 weeks.

    A zygote / embryo becomes a fetus at around 8 weeks.

    So going back to the brain dead patient scenario, a family member should be free to hire someone to kill their brain dead family member and have no reproductions?

    But not with murder?

    So then you agree it isn’t on the same foundation as murder?

    If a person is getting an ILLEGAL abortion they are well aware of it.

    To contend that women aren't smart enough to know this is ridiculous.

    Why do you assume they don't know what they are aborting?

    That would indicate thinking women are too stupid to know what "pregnant" and/or "abortion" means.

    It does NOT matter what they think it is or what they call it, they have a right to abort it.

    IF abortion is illegal they should be tried just as anyone else is who hires a "hitman".

    And it is STILL two separate legal systems and separate laws even between the states. You can make marijuana legal in one state and not in another and not federally.

    Why? There are LOTS of other choices that PP to get well baby check ups and pre-natal care. There's only 3 PP locations in my entire state and all in major metropolitan cities with LOTS of alternatives who do not kill babies.

    Mens rea applies to whether someone knows what they're doing is a crime....it has NOTHING to do with what a woman thinks she's pregnant with.

    Hey, maybe we can raise taxes to build more clinics and let PP's facilities sit unused!!!

    To the thousands of other women's health clinics and OB/GYN's, you think in the three metropolitan PP locations in my state are the only options? There's only five PP listed in Georgia all in Atlanta, you think in Atlanta those are the only five women's clinics in the city? And of course all the individual OB/GYN doctors.
