You did not watch his testimony? He testified their were two people with whom he discussed the call another NSA person and when he began to speak of the second Schiff shut him up and would not allow him to speak the name. Who do you think that was? The Republicans tried to press it and Schiff would not allow. You missed that?

And there is zero evidence that he told anyone who wasn’t supposed to know. None.

It was for the foreigner who seems to be implying it is allowed in his country.

He was insubordinate and insolent as his boss testified and meeting the requirements of his job is a judgement made by the President not you.

If the whistleblower had a need to know then why didn't get the information first hand? Prove the whistleblower had a need to know, just having the level of security clearance isn't enough there must be a direct need to know.

Of course, I can't claim that Mr. "it's Lieutenant Colonel" Vindman is objective, but you can hear his own words.

The relevant portion begins at about 3:10 in the video.

Then why wasn't he allowed to say who it was? Prove the whistleblower had need to know clearance.

The WBs report was investigated. If there was any leaking involved it would have been reported.

Face it - you just want to defend Trump at any cost so you grasp at straws, speculate and make stuff up.
If there was ANY evidence that Vindman leaked, we’d have heard about it. You can be sure the Rs would have brought it up in the House or the Senate.

Vindman’s testimony was unequivocal and uncontradicted: he didn’t tell anyone who wasn’t supposed to know.

Shifty shut that down quickly...clearly looking out for his mole and this operation. Make no mistake about it, Shifty was running a covert operation intended to take down our elected President. That’s treason

He was not allowed to enter evidence as to who was the second person he told and the testimony by other witnesses was that he was A leaker along with his insubordinations.

People are misusing the word 'treason'. The applicable crime is 'subversion'.

'Treason' requires acts which aid an enemy during times of war.

    https://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/treason

'Subversion' may include, but doesn't require, an armed attempt to overthrow a government. It only requires the illegal attempt to overthrow a government.

    https://www.thefreedictionary.com/Subversion

One might also consider 'sedition', which might be seen as similar to subversion, but is typically used to define an armed uprising.

His testimony was clear and to the point. You have no idea why, do you? You don't get the name of the WB. End of story.

Having a different opinion that his boss is not insubordination or insolence.

Subversion of testimony is what Trump did during the whole impeachment and trial process.

Identity the testimony calling him a leaker.

From the transcript of his evidence before the Senate (Public enough?)

Rep. Jim Jordan: "You never leaked information?"

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman: "I never did, never would. That is preposterous that I would do that."

Of course he serves at the pleasure of the serving President (in this case Trump) and Trump has every right to fire him/request his resignation. That doesn't mean he has to demand it immediately though, does it. My whole point was about Trump, once again completing missing the opportunity to be seen adopting the high moral ground and giving the the departures some time to occur. But he couldn't wait could he.

The faster Vindman is gone the better, what don't you understand about the testimony his own supervisor gave? He is suspected of leaking classified information from the classified conversations between two heads of state. The only waiting was for the impeachment to be over he no longer has the confidence of the PRESIDENT.

Then he may be up for a perjury charge.

"Tim Morrison, who oversaw NSC policy on Europe and Russia beginning shortly before the July call, and who has since stepped down, told House impeachment investigators that others in the NSC raised concerns about Col. Vindman’s judgment and worried he was leaking."

That would depend on the circumstances.
