Well it's safe to say that those who were chanting were racists isn't it?

It should've been even easier to say that there were BAD people on both sides, but they couldn't even do that!

    NYY?

If you mean am I part of the club which is scrutinising you, then yes, I am!

Yes chanting Nazis are bad. They suck and I hope they end up in a ditch someday.

Your advice for Trump when trying to calm, mediate and resolve a situation as POTUS is to call people on both sides "bad" ? Brilliant!

New York Yankees. The cosmic crap hole of baseball fans. :)

The U.S. should have never shut down ...

That is the route that Brazil took... now they are shutting down because infections are overwhelming their health system.
There may be no perfect answer.

    Just looked at Brazil's numbers.
I don't see the overwhelming numbers you're talking about

They have a few cases, but still much better than most nations.

Funny how Obama didn't achieve Reagan or Trump's great economy with his record deficit spending.

The housing crisis was due to it basically being made illegal for bank's to properly evaluate home loans, all in the name of 'fairness'. Bush tried to rein it in, but was stopped by congressional Democrats like Barney Frank, who said he wanted to 'roll the dice a little more'. The roots of that problem are from Carter and Clinton, see the Community Reinvestment Act.

That post was so dumb it was entertaining. The lowest unemployment in 50 years wasn't 'miniscule', most of the rising deficit is due to entitlements, funny I haven't heard Democrat critics calling for those to be reformed. We have seen an incredible boom up until now since Trump came in office, I know of many property owners who during Obama's failed eight years didn't do any development because of the uncertainty and fear of the next crackpot idea that might come.

Cite, or did you just make that up?

Back to the OP, over half of US counties don't have one virus case, why should they have ever been shut down?

Between May 6th and May 8th, the numbers doubled, and Brazil is still in the middle of their summer, that time when
the hot, humid weather is supposed to reduce transmissions. That ain't good.

Smells like a previous poster is in the house
I am available and I will leave my mask at home as it gets soggy when I drink through it.

But if Bruce Willis can land a rocketship on an asteroid, saving the world, surely together we can beat this

Oh for crying out loud, there is nothing to suggest it won't give immunity.

Because there was not enough testing (and probably still isn't enough testing in the specific counties that you reference) to establish the rate of infection.

That was one of the primary points of the shutdown. To save the healthcare system from being overwhelmed, but also to allow for testing to ramp up to the point where we can reach a reasonable degree of certainty regarding the locations of the virus.

Something good is happening here. We are down to only a few who don't understand this thing is not going away regardless of all the typing they do.
Buckle up and hope it's effects can be mitigated with newfound medications.

Yep. Like you would expect without any steps to limit the spread.

Do you have data to demonstrate that we've limited spread?
