Which is, of course, bullshit. So when the chickens come home to roost? Fact is multiple law enforcement agencies across jurisdictions routinely cooperate on all kinds of law enforcement activities -- drug interdiction, human trafficking, counterfeit interdiction, etc..

But if the locals can't help the feds on immigration, then they can't help them here. Sorry can't have it both ways.
