Frankly, what Nancy said yesterday was way worse (in my book) than anything Maxine said or did...

Sacrifice implies intent.... not the case here...

Why for? Can't be so subtle with such a short answer with no meat. The case is huge and when you have our representatives on live TV telling the world that if you don't convict, there will be carnage. The Jury had no choice but to convict through intimidation.

I can't and won't disagee with the expressed opinion. But there is a bright side.
We now have the Democrats and their adjunct { MSM } fully exposed.
There is unbelievably no doubt about it.What Trump preached was Spot-on
There is Fake news.Biden and Harris proved last night that they Hate and
loath the country that made them rich and famous.
We the People are not gonna kowtow forever.Because we have Right on
on our side.Candace Owens was also spot-on last night.
She did a marvelolus job on - Tucker - of explaining the problem the
right has.Too Many on the Right aren't wiiling to fight and defend Americana.
Too many on the right are Cowards.
The Dems don't have that problem. That's the issue.

the jury should not be watching the news, so that should of had no effect

that is true of every case, the jury is not supposed to do that, if there is proof a juror did, that would be a problem in any case

I think her wording was bad, but she was saying that his loss of life will bring change.... which is something we all hope, that something good can come from something so tragic

it's kinda like when we have a case of a terrorist on video, we all know they are guilty before the trial ever begins, if a politician comments on it.... is it a mistrial

so we have to be careful, what applies in this case, applies in ALL cases

Your "representatives" have been known to be WAY wrong in the past... nothing has changed on that end...

Sure, I know she was trying to say something positive, but that was truly nonsensical... Her tweeted clarification was much better ("he didn't die in vain").

And it was a live event, so partial excuse there.... Still....I read that and figured people would have a problem with it, and I was right...

Why is she not impeached, thrown out, chastized, talked about on CNN and PMSNBC and not universally criticized? Because what?

Plus it dint even sound good. The Nominally cutesy Pelosi juvenile comment.
It sounded Tragic.Like the ending to a War movie where the good guys
    are devastated.Like - Apocalypse Now -.
    Or that scene towards of the end of - The Green Berets - { 1968 }
Where a leading actor and Happy go lucky Jim Hutton is in high spirits
and in a split second with his small company following behind steps
right into a Viet Cong Boobie Trap.
Impaled by a hidden bed of sharp bamboo spears and sprung up
head first.Gruesome scene.I guess John Wayne felt it important
to stress the serious nature of that combat.
In a way Nancy Pelosi likes to set political traps for her opponents.
Not for any Greater good. But just to prove how her demands must be
met or else.Truly an Unamerican mindset.Americans used to be taught to
play fair,by the rules and be a good sport.
Our Country is being force fed a diet of Pelosism.
It will never stand. You can't teach Lassie or Rin Tin Tin to be
    a mean,vicious Junkyard dog.
It's just not in the cards.

Good luck. It could. The judge overseeing the trial already stated that.

Of course, a retrial could produce the same verdict, but maybe not.

Legal Marijuana in the USA.... gotta love it...

She screwed up.... and fixed it a day later... end of story....

And for my conservative friends, that is how you make problems go away.... you correct them immediately instead of trying to defend the indefensible...

It could but I seriously doubt it. The judge gave more of a warning than a window into the future.

Oh Woe are they. You mean a Juror is supposed to keep constant vigil
about everything they see { TV } or hear { Radio } for 24/7.
    Not Poss-ee-bow.
That is why a Jury is Sequestered. To guarantee that they can't be
influenced.Plus no one seemed to notice a flaw in my Jury selection
reply. When I said ... An All White neighborhood should have no Black
Jurors.Just like an All Black Neighborhood should have no White Jurors.
Jurors are sent jury notice by mail as being on Jury duty per country they
live.Obviously an All White Neighborhood would have no Blacks available
    for Jury duty.

Impeachment is more difficult.Censure should be a piece of cake.
But no Congressperson has been censored since 2010.

Which was two days after Maxine Waters said what she said. And weeks of seeing BLM protestors with signs demanding Chauvin be convicted. And much of last year (and parts of this year) of BLM/Antifa riots (including their own city).

yes, they are, and if they see something about the case on tv, they are supposed to tell the judge
