You say in the first sentence its a mistake to see him as a normal head of state. In the second sentence you give the similiarities and paralleles to other heads of state. You forgot to tell where the difference is.

And the latest, is that classified British military documents have been found over what Russia's reaction might be when the destroyer enters what Russia considers its territorial waters. Supposedly the document was found at a bus stop, but it appears to be authentic since the Defense Ministry said that an employee had reported the loss of sensitive papers.

Then again knowing the British government and its deceptions and lies, it might be a false document that was made up to hide the real reason for entering the waters near Russia's naval base at Sevastopol.

My opinion! If the document is true, the stupidity of the British in thinking that Russia would react any differently than it did. Either London like Washington is believing too much of their own lies and propaganda and it's warped their reasoning, or the British wanted Russia to hit the ship so they could say they were not warned, and were forced to respond militarily.
