You have that backwards. A judge allowed freedom of choice against a dictatorial bureaucracy.

Yes, this is the case with every hospital in the country, if a doctor does not have privileges with said hospital they cannot treat patients there. This is not new.

Yes, and as more and more hospitals consolidate, it becomes one big bureaucratic mess, the type of which I'm sure the left loves.

I'd rather actual scientists decide patients' health, not a bloated hospital administration.

No, the judge dictated what medicine and procedures the hospital must preform. You agree with it now because it deals with ivermectin, and that is all you can see. I wonder if you would be as accepting of a judge doing this if they ordered a hospital to preform an abortion

Seems the kind of thing we have doctors for.

It was a doctor trying to prescribe the Ivermectin. Thanks.

And it was the actual doctors treating the patient that did not want to administer it. Yet this judge is forcing them to. And you are cool with a judge forcing a doctor to go against their own medical advice and knowledge. And then later today you will pretend to be a conservative again.

Again allowing freedom of choice. Not sure why so many are against allowing a doctor patient relationship.

First things first. Every approval your post has came from a Democrat, plus a gadfly.

She wants her husband to live is what I think.

Julie Smith found ivermectin on her own and connected with Wagshul. He prescribed the drug, and the hospital refused to administer it.

He was on Remdesivir which costs approximately $3,125 per treatment course. He only got worse.

My O2 levels dropped to 88% on August 19, yet here I am back for more democrats nonsense. Course they put me on O2 immediately.

I'm cool with a patient or the patient's family switching doctors, yes. I guess you're not. And I didn't see in the complaint where it was the doctors rather than the hospital administration. I'm sure the doctors don't want to risk their jobs and go against the hospital that hires them.

They had freedom of choice, if they did not like what the hospital was doing, they were free to leave it. But now the hospital is being dictated what procedures to follow by a judge, and you people are cool with judges dictating what doctors must do.

I am sure when a doctor is ordered to preform an abortion you will be 100% on board with that.

I spent 3 days at the St. Alphonsus Hospital in late August and was told yesterday that the bill is over $16,000.
I got exactly 1 meal and then discharged. They put me on O2 when admitted.

Yes, a doctor that has never even been in the same city as the patient prescribed the drug.

I suspect the treatment sought by the wife and her doctor cost less than what the hospital wanted them to pay.

I am cool with that as well. If they did not like the care they were receiving from the hospital then they should have left the hospital.

How easy/risky is it to move an intubated patient in ICU to another ICU? How far would they have had to move him to find another hospital willing to allow their doctor to treat the patient?

Doctors not present will communicate and prescribe. Why force the patient to keep using a treatment Democrats normally reject?

And now doctors are being forced by a judge to give a medicine for 3 weeks they did not want to do. And you guys are ok with that.

I got out of a good hospital on August 22 and have no clue what my doctor wanted done. In fact the hospital gave me a report to give to him showing what the hospital did. I will ask the doctor if he had any control over my treatment.

It was a doctor that prescribed it. He's not being forced to give the patient anything.
