According to U.S. law, all able-bodied male U.S. citizens between the ages of 17 and 45 are part of the militia of the United States. Including Kyle.

And he performed very selflessly and bravely while protecting a U.S. city from being burnt to the ground by the communist insurgents. He deserves the Medal of Freedom.

 

IMO, the jury will not collectively have the courage to acquit the obviously innocent KR.
A hung jury is more likely, but they may decide to convict so they can go home in peace - or whatever passes for peace these days.

You cannot (while maintaining intellectual honesty) call your personal interpretation of Trumps motivation behind embracing that song a "fact" without the ability to read his mind, nor can you call his patriotism fake, without being able to read his mind. So your MISREPRESENTATION and FALSE characterization of the motivations of him taking a liking to that song as "fact" (without any supporting evidence or ability to read minds) aside, it is clear there is nothing wrong with that song nor Trump liking it, nor is there any (reasonable) critic that can be made of the judge liking it as well.

Yo... The Prosecution tried to enter into evidence a completely blurred picture, and the Judge rightfully lambasted the moron. Look at it. The things these Democrats try to get away with is astonishing. He submitted this BS at the last minute. During his argument with the Judge, he asked if they could put it on a bigger screen. lol.

Obviously, the Prosecutor knows he lost the case so he's antagonizing the Judge for providing the defendant a fair trial. He's trying to turn this case into a clown show so he won't be judged harshly for bringing those outrageous homicide charges. He wants to blame the judge.

This doesn't happen in real life. If I were to do something like this in court, the judge would lose complete respect for me. However, I told him that this was all political, and said Democrats would use that line about him being not innocent. That's how predictable these lines have become.
