Holy **** !!! You understand the entire concept of diversity equity and inclusion is because Leftists view EVERYTHING through a racial lens. It’s why AA exists. It’s why managers where I work and just about every major corporation have to take training on how to talk to POC, because uuum we can’t talk to black people like ordinary people??? I just want to work with the best people I can find and their color or gender doesn’t mean **** to me. I just want a skill set and an attitude and a personality that gels. The fact I have to put gender and race ABOVE skills set is INSANE, but that’s our new reality. We can see it at the top. It’s not about the BEST SCJ, according to Biden. It is to be a BLACK WOMAN first. No one else need apply.

YOU don’t get to tel me which party is obsessed with race. It’s clear as day. Republicans don’t see women or POC and avoid them. We just treat them as people. Democrats see them as prizes and tokens. How are republicans against helping the poor? Spending on these programs has gone up no matter which party is in the white or which party controls congress.

And fyi we have government programs to help people not "take care of them".
