2- There isn't one simple "capability" involved in the numerous tasks humans face and not even one form of intelligence. Each "capability" and form of accomplishment and intelligence has its own "resume" that (if properly presented) correlates with capability. 1- ascendancy of N. Europeans is/was a relatively recent phenomenon. The dominant and most influential empires in human history were not Nordic. For many centuries before the fall of the (western) Roman empire at the hand "barbaric Germanic Tribes", and for centuries afterwards, the most dynamic and dominant empires and civilizations arose either in Iran (the Persian empire of the Achaemenids, Parthian empire of Iran, Sassanid empire of Iran) or in southern Europe/Eurasia (Greece, Rome, Anatolia), along with those in the far east (China). Then, for many centuries, the most dynamic civilization became the Islamic caliphate. The northern European ascendancy came later and needed a "pedigree" to attach itself to everything ever done. Stealing a term like "Aryan" allowed all of it to somehow get magically connected.
2- by whatever label, the whole methodology is stupid. It is an ideology driven, not by a true dispassionate quest for learning, but by bias, prejudice and hatred used and abused by some for ulterior motives.
