    No she wasn't. The president didn't stret around talking about how he's going to appoint a woman to the supreme Court.

    Joe Biden absolutely did that stealing Jackson's accomplishments away from her so he can prove he's not racist despite him being very very racist.

    She wasn't, he was asked after he had made his pick but just before the announcement and he wasn't going to answer and then gave the hint. He picked of a diverse list. Biden limited his selection and made his announcement on race and sex before he began looking.

    Now that Brown has been confirmed, now is the time to reintroduce the Constitutional Convention. Let the people, at least, have some say about changes to The Constitution.

    IMO, it's time to marginalize SCOTUS.

    says who? And apparently in now biden's case they do.
    Sounds like he's trying to cover for his past racism.

    I think I hope that she interprets the constitution in the spirit of the law and the separation of powers and respects the legislative process.
