OK. Let's take a poll. How many do gooders and moral oppressors in here have any first hand experience of abortion. Come on. Let's see what you REALLY know about the subject you preach about.
Better yet how many have viable strategies to reduce the number of abortions? That is the REAL test. They are more than happy to preach morals and condemn “loose women” but will not accept free access to long acting reversible contraception, increase in child support, maternity leave, crisis housing for families etc etc etc You know - things that have actually been proven to reduce abortion rates
In all fairness, giving child support assistance has not actually proven to decrease the abortion rate very much in the statistics. You ask for more free money, but that money has not proven to reduce the abortion rate. Women still want to get abortions regardless. Maybe that's because their actual reasons are mostly not the type of reasons that would be swayed with a little child support money.
