Just a small personal point re semantics but in my interpretation of the word "inhabit" I see some alien species waiting to spring out in Sigourney Weaver fashion. Do you think "growing " might be kinder? Can anyone tell me if there is some limit to the subject areas states can legislate on? Or are they allowed to affect any area of life they choose? I recognise they have to uphold the constitution but my question is about where in peoples lives they can effect power. How far into personal lives can they interfere? For example could a state legislate on whether you can wear swimsuits off the beach and in public without a cover up.
Yes, this should not be banned. However, the elective abortion procedure SHOULD be banned. And if it was, clearly you would say that this does not prevent the woman from having an abortion and having control of her body!
