Probably so. The great spiritual awakening began in 2012. There was certainly great spiritual thinkers prior to that, and there always has been, but in 2012 the earth itself graduated from 3rd density to 4th density. 70 years ago much of humanity was spiritually blind. That is changing rapidly. Read “the law of one” if you want to know what the heck I’m talking about.

No, I did read it. Please note that the article states there will always be a gap between rights and remedies. Reality isn't divided such that there won't be a gap. And, our judicial system is never going to be perfect.

There will be limits on redress.

There will be limits on speech. Plus, today most of the whining is about decisions made concerning private enterprise media. If they don't want to print your comment, they get to do that.

People can practice the religion of their choice, but that doesn't mean that get to ignore laws that are there for justifiable reason.

Of course, you may know of cases where mistakes are being made.

For example, when an unarmed black man runs, it isn't due process to shoot him in the back 40 times. Or 60 times. Or to hold him on the ground and choke him to death.

Do you have evidence that the gap between rights and remedies is growing?

I should amend that last post, as one area has been getting FAR worse.

We have a major political party that has embraced the criminality of the leader of their party, following his leadership to an astounding degree.

Were that to have been successful, nothing in the constitution would be even slightly safe.

Besides working to defeat our democracy, he actually stated that his own VP deserved to be assassinated - a statement in the context of discussion of that assault on our democracy.

Nobody who has interest in our constitution would support that.

Yet, here we are, with Republicans throughout America choosing THAT individual as their leader!

sure but that was not intended to mean a 5/95 gap as you are simply brushing off as normal.
again that does not mean 5/95 gap
between private parties, statutes providing a bar as they do are purely unconstitutional.
They provide a public service, therefore should be but are bot treated as such.
The mormons used to believe that too, and so did the kliens and a long list of others that drank your koolaide.
Those law were not voted on by the people, in fact the people had no clue those laws were even being made and no opportunity to comment till after the fact
More like cases of legal negligence/malfeasance on the part of judges
yes that is all part of the extreme disregard the guv has for the constitution. and had this not been videoed and gone viral he would have gotten off in the line of duty
its hard to believe you even said that. I dont need a full time payless thankless job
you talking about biden making injections of unested drugs mandatory?
it was successful, I agree pretty tough to get worse that that, oh wait theres roe
no different than any other el prazzidante he was just grand standed while others are swept under the table lol

Basically whats going on here, is we started with a 5 gallon pail of water, and you can claim that because we still have a teaspoon of water left in the bottom that those rights exist. I hope you live long enough to 'experience' what you are championing!

    That's not evidence. Show something.
    Name that statute.
    Name that law.
The Republican politics of denying Obama a SC appointment and then appointing activist right wing religious zealots to the court got us Roe.

But, that doesn't excuse the state activists who are rallying around the opportunity to assault women.

So, I agree with you on that one.

But, you are wrong about your vaccination claim.

The Pfizer vaccine was approved on August 23, 2021, after completion of ALL required testing.

The Biden requirement came AFTER that date - in fact MONTHS after that date. So, any claim that an untested vaccination was mandated is false.

I'm pretty sure your anchor slipped and that the OP is about church attendance in the US, rather than the effectiveness of the Covid vaccine. ;-)

Well I hope it’s not too far off topic but in Newfoundland, Canada, the Catholic Church is selling off 42 properties to raise funds for victims of abuse. It is a significant loss to the Church there. That is sure to affect patronage.
