Lol no it wasn’t the search warrant gives them essentially carte blanch to take what they want. It is the epitome of illegal.

 

So, no-on so far has commented on what I regard as the smoking gun which would have triggered the Judge into issuing the Warrant (it would have triggered me, for sure.)

Why, in the many boxes returned to Authority in January 2021, was there a seemingly deliberate intermingling of inane crap with sensitive material? Looks to me like someone has quite deliberately tried to hide the needles in a hay stack, but did not do a good enough job.

That’s a moronic conclusion. If he was going to do that why the **** would he leave them at his house where they just told him they KNEW they were there?

Why not take them somewhere else or at least not leave them in boxes marked classified lol

The more likely scenario is they were packed by someone other than trump who put them in the same documents as personal items because they didn’t know any better. And most likely trump wouldn’t have even known they were there.

 

As a declassification virtuoso, did he by any chance declassify his Tax Returns?

all potential criminal confederates nor located all evidence related to its investigation.

negative impact on the continuing investigation and may severely jeopardize its effectiveness by
allowing criminal parties an opportunity to flee, destroy evidence (stored electronically and
otherwise), change patterns of behavior, and notify criminal confederates."

How did the stuff get to be at Mar-a-Lago?

 

Nope! Trump knew what he had and had no intention of giving them up.

The NARA was trying to get document/papers etc back from Trump before he left the White House.
Mark Meadows, Trump's COS was contacted by the NARA to get them and he proved useless, as usual.

After Trump had them stashed at Mar a Largo the NARA turned to Trump's representatives for his Presidential Papers, Pat Cipollone and his deputy Philben for help getting them and it was a fruitless endeavor.

Because Trump & Co handed over to the FBI what they claimed to be the last of the classified documents which turned out to be a lie.
Trump's 2 lawyers wrote up an affidavit that they had no more and Christiana Bobb signed it.
The FBI didn't have a search warrant and took what was given to them.

Reminder..these "probable causes" were before the 8-8-22 seize so it can only get worse for Trump.

The amount of pure evidence against citizen Trump is absolutely crushing. He's a criminal with a mob mentality.

I read the redacted affadavit. He's toast.
