She was breaching the final barrier separating her from the lawmakers being protected. If this had happened in your home, you'd be absolutely justifying your security taking a shot like this.
It didn't change anything other than she lost her life. These things happen but authorities managed to control their urges all summer especially at the police station that was put under siege
So no violent force should be used against those breaking a barrier (after already breaking at least one) when they are a few feet from the person you are charged with protecting? I'm sorry, but no one is daft enough to buy that bull ****.
Well, there were people brain dead enough to think that Trump secretly won the election, so there's an idiot out there for every scam. And that's the scam we are talking about right now. Idiots who fell for that scam attacked our Capitol to try to interfere with the election. But you might want to try reading the post you quoted. Then read the words in your response. Reflect on what you are either confessing or were unwilling to read.
I read it and gave it the weight it deserved. The only way to keep Trump from being reelected is to prevent him from running.
Oh, I know you don't want to. That's the point I was making in the first place. There's no discussion until you read.
He was super "stunned" when his idiots attacked the Capitol and did nothing but watch TV for 3 hours? Christ.

Jan. 6 hearings haven't changed public opinion on Trump, poll ... https://www.axios.com › Politics & Policy 9 Aug 2022 — Details: The poll found that 38% of those surveyed think Trump is directly responsible for the events of Jan. 6, which is down from 42% who felt Now ask yourself this. Are Trump supporters conducting any polls on this matter? Answer: No. All you have is a bunch of anti Trump fanatics propagandising. I don't take you seriously at all. Most people don't. The more seriously you take this stupidity, the less seriously people take you. This from the people who told you Trump said "Drink Bleach". OK. LOL. Righto. You can convince yourself easily enough. But convincing others as you might have noticed from the responses in this thread is something you have been singularly unable to do. If you want to believe that Trump is the reincarnation of Hitler, you will. And you will be commonly viewed as insane when you do so.
Your need to maximise it is also transparent. And then once blown out of all reasonable proportion, directly attribute it to your greatest political rival. Pretty shallow stuff.
You're looking at this after the fact, not through the eyes of people who were actually there at the time, including law enforcement. They were trying to break into the Senate chamber, ferfucksake, not shoplifting a Baby Ruth candy bar.
. You don't take a sledgehammer into a jewelry store to steal a Baby Ruth. That whole Summer was dedicated to left wing chaos because............well, just because.
*LOL* Yes, because, "uh, Left wing stuff and things!!" This had nothing to do with kooks attacking the Capitol.
Yes. Drink bleach. White supremacist. A Russian agent. A maniac. Going to start WW3. Insurrectionist. It's not just shallow, it's pathetic. Sub teenager in it's depth.
LOL-- the people at Quinnipiac University Polling, are all "anti Trump fanatics." But one will find not a single fanatic, among "Trump supporters." Apparently, you have a misunderstanding of how polls are run. The Trump supporters need only be polled-- they don't have to run the poll. And Fox News took the poll seriously enough to base an article on it: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.fo...-jan-6-bidens-approval-matches-record-low.amp Here's another Fox article, on a different poll, by Monmouth University, saying (during the J6 hearings) that 60% believe that Trump should testify. This was back in October, when Fox was still securely in trump's camp-- so this proves that you were also wrong, that no "people," take any of this seriously. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.fo...s-believe-former-president-should-testify.amp Since, by "people," you are excluding the majority of Americans, who do give credibility to this affair-- have you forgotten your initial mistake, so soon?-- but are limiting it to those with the hare-brained opinions that you are, here, voicing-- that's just fine with me. Does that mean I can look forward, to not being bothered with more of your nonsense arguments? Just out of curiosity, do you not "take seriously," everyone who beats you soundly, in debate, or am I special?
Trump was not elected by a popular vote and any poll that only reflects that pattern is going to be inaccurate when push comes to shove. I think we can always expect these polls to come out anti Trump but they will never show his actual political possibilities or the true depth of his public position.
