I'm grateful that someone is looking into this attack on children by creepy adults that want to sexualize children.

Not a big deal other than there are reports that 'children present and they were exposed to simulated sexual acts. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has launched an investigation into what happened and if any children were endangered as a result.'

'The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) is looking at all “video footage and photographs from the event,” and will take action and share any and all evidence with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).'

That seems a reasonable approach.

'Exposing children to sexually explicit activity is a crime in Florida. If the video and photographic evidence are sufficient, the operators at the BCPAC could face criminal charges. Also, since the Center includes a bistro that serves adult beverages, their liquor license could be removed.'

“Screwdolph the Red-Nippled Reindeer” and children as young as 10 years old?

The photographs, videos and testimony should give us a good idea of what occurred here and whether sanctions are appropriate in accordance with Due Process.

Please discuss if you think that this is the proper way to handle this.

 

I'd like libs to explain why there's a sudden surge in men dressing as women and why their shows have to be sexual in nature knowing kids will be there.

It's the video and photographic evidence currently being carefully reviewed by law enforcement and alcoholic beverage licensing. That's already been clearly stated.

 

Desantis law was passed before this incident..What data was presented that required legislation to reduce occurrences? How many occurrences are projected, and how many are assumed to have been prevented due to anything Desantis has done.

There's an explanation .. ugly as it is.

When a certain demographic makes hedonism central to their lives, and have grown up either with or after the sexual revolution, they develop a sense of entitlement to 'territory' previously held back. As a result, they have an essential hatred of taboos and limitations.

Childhood is the last of the taboos, so they have a deep and mostly unconscious need to claim that terrritory also. They see its protection as a deliberate obstacle to their goals of complete and free access .. almost an insult, if you will. This is why they're so very driven to breech the barriers by whatever means necessary. They want children SOILED, as fast as possible. Innocence represents a denial of their impulses, and of their hedonistic narcissism.

When they act out against the protection of children, they THINK they're acting out against the protectors .. but what they're really doing is acting out against innocence. It's not difficult to understand the mental mechanics of it. It's fairly textbook covertism .. even when it's unconscious. I would never go so far as to suggest these types are paedophiles (though some will be, of course) .. but every person who feels a need to 'adultise' children via sexuality (or gender, etc etc), does have some kind of sexual interest in children. And they always .. ALWAYS try to convince you - and themselves - it's in the child's interests. No hardened paedophile would be surprised by that.
