Then spell it out very clearly.

Come to think of it, doesn't legislation like this already exist? COULD a school board get away with bringing in the KKK to teach their ideology as "history" in the classroom?

Something that proponents of things like critical race theory do is they change what they call it.

Not as hell in CRT is dropped out of the lingo it's because they call it racial Justice now.

CRT has nothing to do with history. It's more along the lines of a very crazy conspiracy theory that refutes itself.

But you'd only know that if you had any clue what you were talking about.

Im about forgiveness, and keeping my enemies close to change their ways from the inside. Its been working, unfortunately now the right seems to attract members that would join the kkk, or support Putin types. If not for Trump winning the GOP nomination, I may have been a republican my self. I dont think its too late to bring the right back to its former Lincoln glory.

Way to take the OP off topic.
This was about a school board banning the boogeyman.

The school board is either ending or preventing and entire slew of nonsense that has been systemic throughout the country under the umbrella of CRT...

    And good on them.

If something defies the laws of physics, then it is theory.
    Until physics can explain it.

I think we all agree with no hate or racism supported in public schools. CRT is neither in primary schools, or even in 2ndary schools AFAIK.
Those promoting CRT is in public primary schools are believing conspiracy theories, IMO.
They can not prove any hate or discrimination based on whatever they are claiming is CRT.

Just look at the one trying to prove to me CRT is widespread. The poster blew that nonsense out of the water with his/her very own links.

BS. That is the whole point of CRT being taught to grade school kids. That is the whole point of changing the definition of "racism" to only mean that people in power can be racists (only ever applied in the USA and European countries because white people make up the majority of the population and people in positions of power). That is the whole point of claiming "systemic racism", a nebulous idea that can't even be proven here in the US unless using cherry picked statistics that don't tell the whole story, because its cherry picked.

And I can go on and on.

Tell me how the fact that blacks have over twice the poverty rate of whites is "cherry picking". What part of the story is that not telling?

No, it is NOT a theory.
Until it has been repeated by rigorous and numerous experiments.
It isn't a theory until it can be used to predict the results of other experiments.
Until then anything that "defies the laws of physics" is simply something that needs to be investigated.

A scientific theory (in science) is treated as the explanation for an observed phenomena until it is disproven.

Not in the least. I posted articles that showcase the mental gymnaistics that is going on right now in all levels of the public education system based on race. I've posted a 2 hour pod cast where administration discusses their experience.

Here is a video of a student discussing their experience with race now at schools.

    here is another;

I mean, this bullshit is everywhere and easy to find and needs to be stamped out. You can say "none of this is examples of CRT" Heck you could even climb a high mountain and declare it to be as such. But nobody agrees with you. Parents are pissed off. Students are confused and expect a response against this nonsense brough on by progressives.

    True.
But, reality to one, doesn't make it factual.

There is no out right ban. It's just making things age appropriate. CRT is best learned in college/university. Not grade school level.

The part where its blamed on white people. "Systemic racism by white people" is often the go to "explanation" of why blacks have over twice the poverty rate of whites. It does not take into account ANYTHING else. Such as black single motherhood rate being around 80%. Just ONE of MANY examples that explain the poverty rate that has nothing to do with white people.
