MTG yelled profanities and acted 'irrational' when being briefed about the Chinese spy balloon, repo

Man, she sure screams a lot.

Apparently Marjorie Taylor Greene attended an intelligence briefing and had to wait in line to ask questions, then took the opportunity to scream and swear at those giving the brief.

There seems to be a general lack of normalcy in her behavior towards others.

Is she capable of rational thought? How does someone like her get elected, then re-elected?

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene screamed profanities at intelligence officials when they briefed lawmakers about a spy balloon China flew over the US, The Hill reported.

A lawmaker, who was not named, told the outlet that as the officials were providing information about the incident in a closed door briefing Thursday, Greene yelled expletives, and acted in a way that was "irrational."

Greene, a Georgia Republican and prominent member of the party's far-right faction, confirmed the incident to the outlet, and said she "gave 'em hell."

"I had to wait in line the whole time. I was I think the second to last person, and I chewed them out just like the American people would've," Greene told The Hill.

Insider has reached out to Greene's office for comment.

 

It doesn’t say a lot for Georgians that they would vote for mean cretins like greene and sad mental defectives like Hershel.

Our lawmakers are elected to get things done. I don't see how her behavior is conducive to getting things done.
I guess there is bound to be a few idiots in congress.

Trump got 74 million votes, almost half of voters on Georgia went for Walker, Bobert got re-elected, so while scary and dangerous, it is not surprising.

Trump bought a new reality to politics, the entertainment factor is as important as what you have to offer, melodrama sells, and in some cases, even more

 

It seems Trump was a good teacher to MTG. I’d expect nothing less from her or those who follow Trump. He’s such an obnoxious, rude, uncouth individual who it seems had no proper upbringing. Neither did MTG from the looks of it.

I'm not a fan of hers, but when people deliberately twist, embellish the words of another for a political agenda, I'm less a fan of them.

 

Well, why shouldn't Greene be first in line, to ask questions? She is essentially controlling the House Republicans, isn't she? Clearly, if anyone else was in charge, she would've never engaged in her disgraceful, embarrassing-- not to mention, self-defeating-- antics, at the SOTU. This is her emotionally immature way, of showing that she can do whatever she wants to do.

Impulse control is over-rated-- that's the new GOP motto.

 

Yeah, she confirmed what she did. Whether you can accept that or if you feel you need to keep spinning is really not my concern.

 

That aside, McCarthy should step up and say something to Greene about her behavior.

She's probably mad that intelligence officials didn't tell the previous administration it was happening and allowed it continue. And, they only did something after citizens noticed one, but they allowed it to traverse the entire United States and shot it down only after it was about to re-enter international waters and after it had already uploaded its data.
