"reasonable suspicion" is what kicks the DOJ investigations off..... the Hunter emails provide more than enough "reasonable suspicion", into way more than tax issues, that the DOJ would ever need......

So they will now issue the subpoena. Shall he be arrested in a midnight raid and have the FBI perp walk him and then search his house for refusing a Congressional subpoena?

BTW 14 current and former FBI agents came to this committee as whistleblowers and it is of legitimate concern for Congress in their oversight authority to investigate their claims.

 

This is based on the FBI whistleblower complaints and the doings within the FBI. That is legitimate oversight and yes let's hope some legislation comes from it to prevent such corruption again.
