Oh good grief. there were hundreds of people there in seven entrances, and some were climbing through windows, among other things. If I were to put you in that EXACT same situation, with them doing that, not even you would have been able to "arrest them." Those people were identified and more than likely either pled guilty to their crimes or are awaiting trial. There they can defend themselves against whatever crime they allegedly committed.

This is a low level argument to an extremely doltish thread. Try to image for one minute if such logic was used in court. You make an accusation without evidence, and then you center your argument on the rationale of "well then prove that I'm wrong"


Uhh.. no that's not how that works, our standards do not revolve around proving a negative, because that's illogical. We do not make an assumption, and then try to create a standard asking for that assumption to be proven wrong. That sort of standard would never hold up in any court, you would be guaranteed to lose every case if you actually tried to make that your argument. We come to our conclusions based on evidence, if you can't provide the evidence, then we dismiss your accusations.
