The DA is not the judge of that. The idea that a judge might toss a 27 year old into juvenile prison is on the judge. But it frankly sounds insane that this would ever happen and this is just the DA trying to save it's own skin by ranting utter nonsense. Your attempt to deflect is dismissed based on incorrect information. The prosecutor brought up the fact that the individual was lying and he had proof of it internally among peers within the DA's office. And, he was told he was not allowed to inform the judge of this video evidence to force the judge to make decisions based on incorrect information.

The judge went off of the bad information and their requests when the DA's office had an adult sex offender, who preys on underage girls, placed in a juvenile girls facility. It is not the judge's fault if he makes decisions based on information provided by the DA's office thay they know is false, but the judge does not.

Defending this behavior is downright abhorrent. There is no ethical justification for it which I imagine you've figured out by now which is why you keep distorting the facts in sheepish attempts to defend a process that intentionally placed an adult man who seeks to rape little girls into a girl's juvenile facility. Everyone knows the risks of doing this and the DA's office did it anyway despite knowing better.
