Excuses, you obviously couldn’t find it and no it was a study that used a survey in parts of its conclusion. You just do t like what it concludes

I didnt see anything useful there, but it did say this "racial/ethnic differences are not large", which tends to contradict your conclusion in the OP, and it also said the bigger difference is in salaries.

I didn't try to find it and it doesn't conclude anything concrete anyway, so it's not a priority to me either way.

It is concrete that minorities dont work as productive. Point blank. You can try and diminish it by saying it’s because of this or because of that but it most definitely concludes minorities are not as productive.

You keep saying it, but its hard to believe until you provide something to back it up. I asked about the physical labor because I see Latino crews work from dusk to dawn, but I never see non-Hispanic whites do that. They pick up their gear at 5PM and go home

Concrete according to who, you? One survey from 6 years ago? Are you going by what the survey claims or what you personally feel?

Here's my conclusion: as of now I hereby declare this thread and the OP statement as thorough bullshit, until or unless I see nothing but concrete, reliable, undeniable proof that minorities are lazier than whites. Although to be fair, I suspected it was a bunch of **** from the start.

The study says it. Your opinion is what it is. I already produced the study

It really doesn't say that. You opened to thread to argue that white people are superior workers, but you have not proved it.

I said they are more productive, never said superior. And yes the study most definitely provides more proof to my point than you have pointed towards your point.

Hmmm....So a productive worker is not superior to those who are slacking (your choice of words)? Of course you are trying to say they are superior.

If that's your view, then so be it. I asked my questions, and didn't get answers, so I'll have to go with what I have seen during my career.

I have seen white roofers work just as hard as any other roofer. I think your talking professions rather than productivity. In the study it states that one thing they took into consideration was was earnings divided by hours worked. I work in an industry that is sun up to sun down as well. I seen Latinos do well, blacks do well, and whites do well. However, I have seen more failures in minorities as well. I have also seen them use the race card for pointing it out. As if you can’t address it without it being about race.

you have still not posted anything to the contrary of the study. You’re wanting to discuss opinions which is fine but opinions does not discredit this study

So if you earn more, then you are considered more productive, which of course explains the whole thing and I pointed it out earlier. Using that argument all lower income workers are considered less productive.

Read it for yourself so you don’t get so confused. It’s the companies earnings…. But they also did take wages into consideration to determine if the wage gap is justified and their conclusion on that was that the wage gap is 10% overstated. Just read it rather than acting like you did

I read it, which is why I mentioned the salaries before you, and if your new angle is to say that the company earnings define the productivity of the employee.......by race, then .......well, I don't know what to tell you.

My angle is the the study, and that’s that. You can’t shoot it down, you can provide another study to shoot it down. Until then all you have is an opinion.

Ironic, as the survey itself isn't much better than an opinion.

LOL. It WAS shot down as soon as it was pointed out that it tried to equate productivity with earnings, because that says nothing about individual performance, it only shows that some jobs pay less than others.

Wow, this thread is about how non whites are lazy, really?

seems like USA are stuck in the 17th century still if they're still pushing that white supremacist narrative

If you read the study you would know how it fell in with their findings.

Which is nothing but an opinion. You can’t dispute it or even tell me why earnings vs hours worked is a bad equation
