Its real simple dude: Charge Biden after he's out of office.
That WILL mean you'll need to not vote for a suicide candidate like Trump.

It shouldn't make you a target either.

Read actual case law. No one has been convicted for doing something like this absent intent and SC rulings indicate that it is probably unconstitutional to do so.

There's no evidence that he was only a target because he was running. ANYONE else would already be in cuffs months ago if they did this. Trump is being treated with the softest of the softest kid gloves and you guys are still whining that he might have to obey the law.

Running for office doesn’t give you a get out of jail free card to play.

You would have to ask The grand jury who heard the evidence. Were you in the room? Can you share anything?

Are you saying Jack Smith, who has a history of integrity of upholding the law against both political parties is corrupt now?

Ever consider Trump is just may have done illegal stuff? Of course you know he did. You DON’T care?

Personally, I would ask Mr. Smith to now investigate Biden and potential bribes!

Biden should be impeached and removed, then charged.

We can start with the illegal investigation that was launched in 2016 and Peter Strzoks admission that he was "going to him".

Biden hasn't done nearly as much as your hero did to be impeached and removed.

You realize you don't have the votes in the Senate for that and its never going to happen right?

Ok. Now that you're talking about things you can get done: Wait til he's out of office and charge him for his crimes. Its a crime when he did it, its a crime when hillary did it, its a crime when pence, etc did it.
    Charge them all.
That DOES MEAN you'll need Biden out of office and a friendly senate and house though. Which means no suicide candidates.

No. We can't. Because that has nothing to do with this case. I understand your desperation to hide from the actual subject.

Biden took bribes from foreign governments and corporations.

It has everything to do with this case. It's all part of the "stop him" agenda.

Unlike Trump, they showed no attempt, did not avoid a federal subpoena, did not lie about having turned everything over, didn't hide the documents. etc. etc. etc. There is no evidence that they had criminal intent. There's a metric shitload of evidence that Trump did, even just going with what is publicly available.

18USC 793(e) Willful detention of national defense information.

    Yes. It’s quite likely. Also

18 USC 1001(a)1 Scheme to conceal.

Those two likely charges are what makes this case different than others repeatedly brought up, Biden, Pence, Clinton. The type of classified information, the possible dissemination of information, and lengths he went to retain the information. Remember Smith pierced the crime/fraud exception of attorney client privilege because the judge determined a crime had been committed. Edit to add: Trump attorney testified to Grand Jury.

And the day you have evidence of that is the day it will be a great topic. Meanwhile, for now, it is a pathetic excuse to cower from the topic.

Your conspiracy theories are not my concern. There is an actual case here we are talking about . . . and that you are desperate to hide from.

    You didn't read far enough...lol

(f)Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer

The whole law applies, not just the parts you agree with.

I can only assume that these same people saying that investigating Trump is "interference" were screaming at the sky when Hillary was being investigated just before an election. They surely wouldn't be hypocrites, after all.

He took the documents. It was illegal for him to take the documents. He was found with the documents. He's admitted he took them. Your excuses are worse than a farce. They couldn't be more pathetic than they already are.

They certainly can and will if the republicans put a sensible candidate in the hot seat instead of trying for Trump at the convention and getting the **** kicked out of them during the election.

You'll need a candidate who can win, who isn't insane. Someone like Rand Paul.
