Saying what's proven true is easy.
    You should try it sometime.

That's right. He's part of the political class and has zero chance of getting elected president.

You can only claim that there is a double standard by refusing to do even 5 minutes of homework . . . which seems par for the course for Trump defenders. A child can understand how these cases are astronomically different.

And Trump also would have gotten off "scot free" had he initially just returned all of the docs/papers he took when he left the White House.
    Including anything found afterwards.
But..NO, not Trump and the rest is his sordid history.

    Nah.
That was the claim if it was a Wash.DC jury.
Florida loves Trump, and it was a Florida Grand Jury, remember? LOL

    Good question

Her "home" division is the Fort Pierce Division, but the entire thing is the SDFL. I assume judges can move around in district as needed

'We can’t have two tiers of justice:
    • one for Trump, another for Biden.
    • One for Assange, another for Manning.
    • One for BLM/Antifa, another for peaceful protesters on Jan 6.
'I never thought we’d see the day when the U.S. President deputizes the DOJ to arrest his lead rival in the middle of an election. Obama shamefully deputized the FBI to infiltrate Trump’s 2016 campaign, but they’re leaving nothing to chance this time around: the federal police state is outright arresting Trump.'

'This is an affront to every citizen: we cannot devolve into a banana republic where the party in power uses police force to arrest its political opponents. It’s hypocritical for the DOJ to selectively prosecute Trump but not Biden. There are also serious legal questions about the President’s power to declassify documents and the potential illegality of the over-classification of federal documents in the first place. That’s for the courts to decide, but *we the people* decide who governs this nation. It would be much easier for me to win this election if Trump weren’t in the race, but I stand for principles over politics. I commit to pardon Trump promptly on January 20, 2025 and to restore the rule of law in our country.'

That must be it. It can't be that he didn't do it intentionally and didn't try to conceal it.

Arresting the candidate who is beating you in the polls in the middle of the election?

'The weaponization of federal law enforcement represents a mortal threat to a free society.
We have for years witnessed an uneven application of the law depending upon political affiliation.
Why so zealous in pursuing Trump yet so passive about Hillary or Hunter?
The DeSantis administration will bring accountability to the DOJ, excise political bias and end weaponization once and for all.'

It looks like Biden views 2020 results as a fluke.

This entire witch hunt is beyond corruption, Trump wasn’t Hilary of not required to turn anything over. Your support of such corrupt injustices is very telling.

    Thanks for clearing that up.
According to this there is hope.???

'WASHINGTON, June 9 (Reuters) - The summons sent to Donald Trump as part of his indictment for illegally retaining classified documents indicates U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, who was appointed by the former president, will be assigned to oversee his case, at least initially, ABC reported on Friday, citing sources.

Reuters was not immediately able to confirm the ABC report. Often, the judge who makes an initial appearance in a case does not proceed to oversee it.'

If I were Cannon I would run.
She can't afford to once again expose how politically biased and unqualified she was from the get-go as a Trump appointed judge.
In the legal world she was mocked, ridiculed and humiliated.

Well, scratch that loser in the general then .... thanks! Pretty sure nobody would see his quotes without your dedicated subservience...

It would be much easier for him to win this election if anybody bothered finding out who he is...

Intent is required. Or at least criminal intent is required, which can include willful disregard for the truth . . . which might as well be the name of Trump's memoir. Comey covered this already when looking at previous cases and realizing that others had not been prosecuted without evidence of intent and that case law showed it was probably unconstitutional to do so.

Read the whole law. The title literally says that losing classified material is a violation.
