Are we all clear now that Trump is a criminal?

So? What's the problem? He's been indicted by a Grand Jury; isn't it time for due process?

Considering he has brushed up against and stepped over the "law" since he was in his dad's shadow and, especially, with all the current charges he's been indicted for and those pending; "I" don't think it's unreasonable to refer to him as a serial criminal. It's almost certain that before this is all over he WILL join the ranks of convicted criminals. Anyway, criminal or not, calling him one is giving the devil his due.

Maybe, maybe not. But if Trump does not put on a defense, the jury may have no choice but to convict. But let's leave it up to the jury to make the final determination.

 

It will go to trial because it cannot be delayed for two years or so assuming Trump wins the Presidential election, and that is a big iff. Court systems don't move that slowly so there will be trial, probably around May to June 2024 time frame.

Indeed. Seems the basic facts of the case mean noting to his supporters. They just believe HIM and al his lying, projecting and rage filled threats.
The world is watching this circus and wondering what happened to the "nation of laws" and why this one man can create such chaos and they still worship him/ He cannot even communicate diplomatically or maturely or effectively. He IS a criminal. His history wit litigation is known to anyone that is paying attention. IF there were true qualifications for the job of POTUS..........he would never got to run But it seems that folks vote emotionally and whether they "like" a candidate or not... instead of the candidate experience, skill set, diplomatic skills, education intelligence and emotional stability. good character ( solid set of good values ,personal philosophy, and integrity are a few of the must have qualifications for the job.

Many of us are very clear on his "status". Many remain in denial and continue to worship him regardless of what he does .Perhaps that represents their own values. ie He is like them

For lawd's sake, you'd think someone who heard someone say something about Trump being a criminal, on a political opinion forum, that it might be an opinion.

That being said, it's fair to ask what is the basis of one's opinion, which I do a lot, for people that make baseless claims about Joe Biden. But claiming Trump is a criminal is not baseless, there is hard, direct, evidence of his crimes.

Because Biden did what he was supposed to do. He turned them over as soon as he realized they were there. Trump, on the other hand, tried to hide them from the government when they asked/demanded that he return them.

Name ONE action Biden took that would indicate he knew that those documents were there.

 

Because he has so few that they slipped through the cracks.

Trump had so many (you've seen the pictures) that it was obvious that some were missing. And then that calls attention to it and closer examination leads to finding more that is missing.

You said the issue was the risk that the mishandled documents posed. Now its back to what I originally said- Trump didn't respect the bureaucracy.

Both of them mishandled documents. Seems to be a common theme among presidents... Apparently you dont mind as long as they prostrate themselves when they get caught.

I dont believe you actually care that the documents were mishandled. Your outrage only seems to apply when you dont like the mishandler.

 

I have to chuckle at how there is such hysteria every time one of these popcorn farts of "criminal activity" is claimed. Well it is near election time. The democrats don't have a pandemic to use as an excuse to cheat so how else can they have a chance at beating Trump?

Dems know they have slim chances to win without cheating. Biden looks as though he is in deep doo doo because of his criminal activity. So bring out the "indictment" against Trump.

You'll have to cite your sources of others being indicted for similar crimes. I'm aware of other political leaders being accused of similar crimes, but I don't recall any of them being indicted.
